Sat night at 9:50 pm set in the drive thru for 35 mins and waited to order. Service was horrible, slow, and food was burnt.

I ordered a combo. I ate my meal in the lobby, 30 min later I asked for a refill. The staff gave me a hard time about getting a refill because there was no machine in the lobby and they didn’t want to take my cup. I explained the numerous other McDonald’s over the last few years gave me a new cup for my refills. The cashier spoke to the manager and told me do not expect a refills in the future. I asked the front cashier what was the manager’s name so I can make a complaint and she ignored me. She told her co worker I wanted the managers name and she copped an attitude with me taking fast and low jumbling the managers name “Tina” asking me if I wanted to talk to the manager, then confused why I can’t understand her.

I hate getting door dash orders for McDonald's because I know it's going to consume at least an hour of my time. This specific McDonald's is one of the worst! So far I've been in the drive-thru for about 30 minutes and I still haven't even made it to the speaker to place the order. Only one car has made it all the way through ahead of me. I'm not sure what they are doing in there but I seriously doubt it too closely resembles work.

i deserve a ring for how long i was together with this damn mcdonald’s. i was in that line for almost an hour and a half. an absolute joke of an establishment and a stain on the name “fast food.” more like “let’s do anything but make food”

One of the slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. It's on my way home so I tried several times to see if it is always so slow, rude, unorganized, and handing out cold and nasty food. And they were consistent with that. Save your money.
