They open at 6am, we are sitting in line for over 15 minutes waiting to be served. Why does it take almost 20 minutes for them to actually open. Just have them open at 6:30am at this point!

Terrible service, drive through takes 30 minutes and they change the menu on you as soon as you get to the front of the line. Always forgetting items and giving you the wrong drink flavor.

Absolutely horrible. Young lady handing out orders had a complete attitude. Its free to be nice. Manager was hard at work while she was busy creating an attitude for the front end of the restaurant.

I had an issue either the staff and I’m very disappointed in the way I was communicated too. I will not be coming back to this McDonald’s because upon asking for help the workers that were working tonight at 9:03 were super rude. I then tried to call to talk to a manager, and the manager hung up on on me.. There was only one gentleman who was cleaning the floors that tried to help me, but then he gave me to someone else who was rude. Is this how McDonald’s trains their employees?

The owner and / or general manager of this restaurant are useless. I stopped going here for years because it took 15 mins every time I went there. Tried it recently and it went smoothly. Next day, same time, I’m waiting in the drive through for 10 mins. One car moves in that whole time. I and several others just give up and leave. The “fast” aspect of fast food is the only reason I get it. I sometimes go to other McDs in the city and county and they are run well and take my order and get my food quickly 95% of the time. Hard to blame the employees when this has been an issue for at least 4-5 years and they’re making poverty wages. How much money is this branch losing from people like me that just gave up?

The food was cold, I was upcharged for a hamburger happy meal lol. The area used to be nicer but sadly its a mess nowadays. The employees were hard at work, but the food was cold and hard. I won't be back.
