Just went through the drive through today. Paid $50 and should have gotten $31 back but the chick at the drive through only gave me $21. My husband went back to get the $10 only to be told that the drawer wasn’t over and when he asked them to check the cameras, they refused to do so. While he was waiting in the lobby, the women who shorted me threatened my husband saying “he better not be here when my boyfriend comes to pick me up”, like her boyfriend would actually do anything. Being threatened because we wanted our money that was owed to us is crazy. Do better. 🤗

I never even received my food. I sat in a 30 minute long line and then proceeded to sit for 30 more minutes before walking in and getting a refund because they never brought my food to me. I will never give my money to this location again and matter fact I will use my social media influence to shut this location down

Every time I've gone to this McD's, the drive-through takes forever. My last straw was my experience tonight. After placing a mobile order for curbside, I waited in the parking spot for around 15 minutes with no sign of anyone bringing out my food. I had my kids with me, so we went to the drive-through, and it took 15 minutes to get to the window, at which time I had to lend my phone to the workers there so they could fill it because somehow their system had no record of it. 45 minutes later we finally had food.

Do not come ever to this McDonald. I never being serve a cold burger with a hard bread. I’ve seeing other reviews and is a common problem bad service, bad food. It’s not worth it.

They do ok. The only thing u have to do is always check ur order. There is something always missing. Today they forgot butter and syrup for pancakes. They r trying to rush to get us in and out understandable, but accuracy matters

Placed a curbside pickup while leaving walmart... got there 5 or so minutes after placing it. Sat in curbside pickup for 10 minutes. Went inside and was ignored for another 5 minutes. Got in the drive thru and they had me stay in the drive thru for another 10 minutes to get my food instead of having me come in or doing the original job of curbside pickup. Finally get to the 2nd window and my food was, of course, cold. 30 minutes for a cold cheeseburger.

Found a dead cockroach in my French fries. This place should be shut down. Disgusting. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere that doesn’t serve bugs with their food.

It’s McDonald’s, so we know what we are in for. Never leave reviews, good or bad, but I truly have a deep disdain for this place. The only thing consistent here is that your order will be wrong. It’s such a huge contrast from other fast food places in the area. Typically, I avoid this place like the plague it is, but every few months enough time seems to pass and I forget how bad it is here. Sure enough as soon as wait an eternity and eat the botched order they give me, the memories come flooding back. I don’t want to directly criticize the employees, I’m sure there are some solid ones but it’s wild that every other business in the area can hire competent employees. How does chic-fil-a do it? It’s such a bummer that this is the place closest to my home.
