This McDonald’s location is a catastrophe and complete failure of a store. It’s constantly understaffed and the people they do have on the clock do not care one ounce about completing orders in a timely fashion. I try to never come to this location because drive thru will literally take at least 30 minutes. It’s an insult on the history of McDonald’s and is nothing close to fast food. Good quality at this location also is atrocious. It would be better to actually just shut down this location. Corporate needs to know how the management and owners of this location continually let it fail the customer with no regard to making change.

If I could leave a zero stars I would. I sat in the drive thru tonight for 15 minutes with no greeting or response when I asked if they were even open. This is not good customer service. I will be contacting corporate. It should not take this long to get a response in the drive thru.

Genuinely worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. Staff was rude and didn’t even get my order right. I’m pissed honestly considering I was patient enough to wait and get it remade just for them to be rude and let me go. I wish I got a refund so bad but they were so rude that it wasn’t even worth it.

This is literally the worst McDonald’s ever. Every worker after 4pm has an attitude. The slowest drive thru line. They do not take orders after 8:30pm. They will take forever to take your order, or eventually just tell you they’re only accepting mobile orders at this time. When they close at 11pm. I had a mobile order around 9:30, and they still told me to cancel it. I highly don’t recommend. I live down the street and never get served after 8pm, I am not kidding. Don’t go. At this point close down, too many of yall in there not working, and if yall don’t have cover after a certain time, then you need to close.

Genuinely worst MC place ever..been here many times cause i live nearby and have to come this place.
Main problem with this place is
1. Forever to take order, timing is so slow i have to wait literally 30min in drive though even in counter sometimes
2. Staffs are too rude with customers
3 amount of chicken is too low.. cheap place too be honest
