So I went tonight 4/10 I went thru the drive thru ( I had a large order and I did apologize for a large order several times. The guy taking the order was having problems. I get to the window and the guy yells at me!! NEXT TIME CALL YOUR ORDER IN.who makes a $64 order. I said it was $74 he said CLOSE ENOUGH!! And rolled his eyes at me. I said well I didn't know you could do that.. I said I'm sorry I know it's a large order but I don't have a problem waiting. He got an attitude with me. Then basically threw my drink tray at me.. I'm like oook! I said I'm sorry it's a large order.. Then he came to the window and shoved the food out the window at me. Then the happy meals. Never making eye contact just rolling his eyes at me with each bag..I said is that everything ? He said YES! And shut the window before I could even say thank you.. their was no one in front of me in the drive thru. And like I said I would have been more than happy to pull up and wait.I work with people and food and I get huge orders all the time with only a two person staff. . I would never get an attitude with anyone. And certianly wouldn't blame it on being short handed.Absolutely unacceptable behavior!

This was one of the last fast & accurate McDonald's. I've tried to go for breakfast last 2 days in a row. Waited in drive thru line for over ten minutes, it did not move at all. I had to leave as to not be late for work

They purposely leave the phone off the hook so you receive a busy signal. I asked the person if the nuggets were in the bag and if that was everything. The attendant said it was , of course when I arrived home and checked my order it was missing. I would never recommend going to this McDonald's location.

I left without food. It felt like I was unwelcome.
We ordered 2 ten piece McNuggets. One order had three pieces that had a bite out of each. I walked them up to the assistant Manager and she said “Are you sure your kids didn’t take a bite out of them?” I couldn’t believe she asked me that. I’m their Grandfather and was there when the box was opened . Pretty pathetic. Everyone behind the counter looked at me like I was terrible. What happened to McDonalds quality and treating customers like they are right.

This may be my favorite McDonald's location in the St. Louis area. The staff is very nice, the facilities are always clean, the food is served fast and tastes great. There is a password for the wifi that I have not yet been able to find.

I don't leave enough good reviews. This restaurant definitely deserves a great review. I walked in right up to the counter. Gentleman walked up and took my order with a smile. By the time i finished filling my cup, my food was ready. Fries are fresh and hot but not piping hot. My Big Mac is made just right. I will choose this place over the Taco Bell right next door everytime now.
