Consistently forget to put items you pay for in the bag, food is never the same each time. Rude inattentive staff. I would recommend finding another McDonalds altogether.

Dinning room is bare. No soda machine, can't get ketchup, no napkins. Kiosks wasn't taking cards, and took 45mins to get 2 meals

Burger buns were almost burnt and quarter pounder was red in the middle. Fries soggy. One of the worst McDonalds I've been to in a long time. Employees at drive thru were great though.

Just went to The drive-through window atMcDonald’s on Hanley Road in Richmond Heights Missouri and I ordered three Mc doubles plain with cheese one McChicken plain and one Mc crispy. The person at the microphone was totally confused because they thought I wanted a Mc crispy and not a McChicken. I got it straightened out and then she left off the Mc crispy and order just a McChicken, I had to re-state what I wanted againand when I got to the register, finally they did not have the McChicken and the Mc crispy was plain completely, and it was not crispy at all!!! The whole order was screwed up and it reminded me why I don’t go to McDonald’s anymore.

A whole sandwich was missing and in my 4 piece nuggets they just squirted tartar sauce or mayo and closed it up really terrible!! I live 20 mins away. hopefully all those employees get fired and this establishment gets closed down.

Always packed and some of the employees really need customer service training. They don't know how to interact with the public. And they got my order wrong.

No thanks! For the cold fries, and tasteless quarterpounder! I know your lobby is closed for construction, so shouldn't that mean you have you focus on ONE window!? Things could be hot and fresh!

service and staff was excellent was great to finally be treated like a vip and it was only a fast food place nice!

Was given the completely wrong order. I understand that happens but the lobby is closed for construction so to fix it I would have gone through the drive thru again at lunch time.

Oddly the receipt in the bag was for my order just none of the food or drink matched.

I just ordered McDonald’s with my friend and they forgot half of our order and what we did get was undercooked. All I wanted was McNuggets but I guess not… disappointed in this establishment to say the least
