Was given the completely wrong order. I understand that happens but the lobby is closed for construction so to fix it I would have gone through the drive thru again at lunch time.
Oddly the receipt in the bag was for my order just none of the food or drink matched.

I just ordered McDonald’s with my friend and they forgot half of our order and what we did get was undercooked. All I wanted was McNuggets but I guess not… disappointed in this establishment to say the least

I come to this McDonald's when Chick-fil-A is closed. I work nearby so it is an easy "quick" meal before work. I'll never be coming here again. They constantly forget sides, entrees, and sauces. This place is also quite slow to the point where I've waiting 15 to 20 minutes for food going through the drive thru before. Today is the last straw because I got a mocha frappe because it was redeemable on the app and my points were about to expire. I took a drink of it when I got to work and it almost tasted fermented like they had bad milk or something. I can't drive back right away because I'm at work but I tried to call and it just beeps at me with the phone line being busy. Don't come here if you value your time, money, and most importantly health.

Placed mobile order, got parked for 30 minutes waiting on my breakfast, and the food was wrong. So not only was I late, I didn't have breakfast because the workers here can't do their job correctly. Worst McDonald's ever.

Every time I come to this location the employees are so rude. This most recent experience no different and when I asked for a receipt, they said they don’t have any right now. I asked if I could get one from the up front since I was in drive thru, and was told they just don’t have receipts right now. I get back to work….. surprise, half of my order was not there. Now no one is answering the phone. What happened to good customer service?

I hate having to put in my order on the computers inside. I'm trying to concentrate on finding the meal and answering questions about sauce, etc., and meanwhile the child with me is bored and walking away from me.

Placed a mobile order and paid ahead, got to the drive through with no answer. Pulled around and the employee at the window tried to ignore us and then just said "seven". If you aren't open don't take orders. Looking to get breakfast before a trip and can't even count on McDonald's at 6:30AM.
