Every every time we come here to do Uber Eats deliveries pick up orders the closing crew never comes in a microphone to take the order and then when they do you sit at the drive-thru window for 30 45 minutes or until you get fed up and want to leave I don't see how the HR would even want them that business even open and running has sickening as it is to be looking through the window at the worker sitting there talking while you're sitting there waiting to deliver food to a customer that may never get it I'm appalled by it and feel sorry for our HR I would not want my name over that store pitiful my 10-year-old daughter could run that store better

Asked for utensils, she told me it was in the bag, but I needed another one. They woman got an attitude with me and mumbled under her breath ITS ALREADY IN THE BAG I SAID! Very rude. I was delivering food and that was quite a rattle for me over utensils.

I am always optimistic about what service we will get.. today there was no one in the lobby and one car in the drive thru. The food was awful, the fries were cold. Had to ask for my drink. No one here seemed to like their job ?♀️. Just took the kids for food and that was a mess.
If I could have given 0 stars I would have. They gave our online order to another customer and refused to give us a refund. When we called up to speak to a manager, we were told they don't deal with customers. We emailed corporate and they told us they could not do anything either. Way to go McDonald's, y'all suck!
