Tibs Wat
Prime beef pan seared, then sautéed with berbere, and special Ethiopian sauce.
Kitfo
Chopped prime beef mixed with butter, mitmita served raw, rare, or well done. Like steak tartare.
Lega Tibs
Cubed beef sautéed with garlic, onions, and green peppers finished with awaze sauce.
Kwanta Firfir
Seasoned and dried beef, sautéed with red wine, and finished with berbere sauce.
Beef Dulet
Freshly minced extra lean beef sautéed in a special blend of house spices, onion, jalapeño pepper, mitmita powder, and butter and olive oil.
Gored Gored
The tenderest under cut cubes of beef dipped in butter. Served raw, rare, or well done.
Tibs N' Quosta
Sautéed, a choice of chicken, beef, or lamb choose one mixed with quota, onions, and green peppers.

Entrée-Vegetarian
Miser Alecha
Split lentils marinated in ginger, garlic, onions, olive oil, and curry and then cooked to perfection. Mild.
Gomen Wat
Finely chopped collard greens are steamed and mixed with peppers, ginger, garlic, and onions.
Shiro Wat
Ground, highly seasoned chickpeas in berbere sauce.
Miser Wat
Split lentils with garlic, onions, and olive oil, and finished with berbere sauce.

I admittedly dont have other Ethiopian food venues to compare this place to, but Ive dined there three or four times now and have never been disappointed. We always get the meskerem combo to start (didnt get a pic before everyone dug in, haha). This time I ordered meskerem tibs while the rest ordered beef and vegetarian dishes. I love the food here and make it a point to stop in whenever I’m in town.

The vegetarian combo is the way to go (they also have a non-veg version that I hear is just as good). You get 7 different dishes and they are ALL delicious! Their injera bread, think of a large savory crepe, but thicker and tastier, is made to perfection and is the perfect accompaniment to all those tasty dishes.

Vegetarian options: I'm not vegetarian by any means, but the vegetarian sampler paired with the regular combo is perfect for 2 or 3 to share!
