Mi Hungry BBQ & Jamaican Cuisine

We ordered goat dinners, jerk chicken dinner and the jerk chicken tacos plus sides plus a couple patties. We’ve been to Jamaica and I can say it’s a no for me. Patties had a good flavor overall and were good. Everything else…no. Mac n cheese was cold and had a sweetness.. cabbage tasted basically no flavor.. our husband’s thought the goat was no good.. we waited over 60 min to then have to order pizza. Four people, $180.. no thanks

Let's start with the main event: the Jerk Chicken Tacos. I'm not exaggerating when I say they were absolutely amazing. The chicken was incredibly tender, packed with that perfect, smoky jerk spice that has just the right amount of kick. It was nestled in a soft tortilla with fresh toppings that created a harmony of flavors and textures in every single bite.

And a crucial piece of advice: GET THE CABBAGE! Seriously, it's sooo good. I don't know what magic they work on it, but it's the perfect cool, crisp, and tangy counterpoint to the rich, spicy chicken. It’s an absolute must-have.

The wonderful experience doesn't stop with the food. The staff were so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Their great vibes just added to the overall fantastic atmosphere of the place.

To top it all off, they have a selection of delicious slushies that are the perfect way to wash everything down.

Mi hungry Catered a get together I went to and everything was delicious. Catfish and jerk chicken was mouth watering, brisket was tender and tasty. We also had yams and those were yummy too. Salad had yummy strawberries in them. I will definitely visit them again

This restaurant is a disgrace to caribbean food. Everything is dry and flavorless. Has to be a white person cooking this food because it is extremely bland! How is this Jamaican and yah food taste suh?

I've been here several times over the years and it was usually amazing. Today the portions were still good. Of course with the changes in our economy I expected thr price increases. However this was the absolute DRYEST plate of jerk chicken I've ever had in my LIFE. I believe this food was prepared days ago and is simply being warmed and reServed. This is WITH extra sauce...im actually shocked. Also thr flavor is more salty than full of authentic herbs and spices like it used to be. Hopefully they can make a turn around and get back to what made them so incredible.
