I popped in for lunch and easily found a place to sit. Bar vibes with classic 70s music playing and multiple TV's to keep you entertained. The cooks were lightening fast as my food came out before I could even form a coherent thought. I went with wings and pretzel bites and they were perfect (10's across the board). There are a few other items on the menu I'd like to try out eventually so I am certain I will be back.

A STL favorite when we visit from KC! Casual dining for great pasta on The Hill. Situated in the historic and quaint The Hill neighborhood, it is a must. Pizza and spaghetti for the family with plenty of good apps for the adults. Food reasonably priced. Summer time plentiful seating, in and out. Bocce open for adults to use. Great intimate atmosphere that caters to all. Highly recommend. Parking can be tricky. Plan ahead.

Nov 2025. Our favorite place on The Hill for authentic pizza and a casual atmosphere. Sat outside on lovely Friday pm and enjoyed a lovely evening. Always our go to place when in STL. ❤️

Great food for an amazing price. The happy hour wing deal is incredible. Nice family owned place.

Came to play bocce ball with some friends. Staff was very attentive and toasted ravioli was great!

Pizza was okay but the service was sooooo slow and half assed. All food is served on styrofoam with plastic forks. We had some woman who has worked there for years. She spent a ton of time chatting with a couple of people. Didn’t seem to interested in us or what we wanted. There was a young man waiting on tables and he was friendly and he hustled. Wish we would have gotten him. Won’t come here again.

Great staff and the food is killer, tried the chicken parmesan and lasgana both where true classics. The bartender was great, who kept your glass full and just the right amount of friendly. Next time there, I will try the bacci looks like a great time.

Bocce ball looks fun, but not my forte. Hot salami was phenomenal. Jen served me up with swiftness and a smile!

Milo’s has a great patio that's perfect for enjoying nice weather, and the inside is ideal for watching sports with plenty of screens and a lively atmosphere.

The food is solid—especially the pizza and toasted ravioli, which are consistently good. The pizza crust might be one of the best thin crust we’ve had in St. Louis so far!

The meatball sandwich didn’t quite hit the mark for us, but everything else we tried was enjoyable.

Service was quick and efficient. Definitely a good spot for casual food, drinks, and catching a game.

No pictures of Milos directly but the photo shared was off Milos exit steps. Great hang out spot, get the wings Trashed, it's so worth it.

One of the great staples to The Hill. From the Bocce garden, to their great food, to their friendly staff, great atmosphere, and just a damn good place all around.

Maybe it was just a bad day and I got unlucky 🤷‍♂️

Went to Milo’s after so many posts about them being amazing. I was very disappointed.

The “grilled” wings were actually just fried wings with grill marks and the trashed wings cut the roof of my mouth like I was eating captain crunch. Both were dry and overcooked - 5.9/10 Clucks

The ranch was store bought, low quality - you hate to see it

The saving grace was the garlic cheese bread.

Will go back and try again some day.

Very friendly service

Im not prone to outdoor eating, but Milo's is a good weather great location. The location of the bocce pit and other construction keeps wind down to a nice breeze. The bar food selections are really good, including St Louis pizza and wings. Servers are prompt and pleasant and prices are fair.
