This place had a cool vibe in terms of decor. However we were basically ignored after we came in and were put on a waiting list to be seated.. even though we were basically sitting at the bar just waiting to be called. There were plenty of open tables.. but they simply didn't seem to be particularly interested in seating new clients and were actively discouraging people who came in after us. we left once we realised that we had waited over 40 minutes for a table to be made ready and that other people had been waiting over an hour for their food after being seated. The menu did look really cool and i would have like to try it ...

Excellent food! Shaved tofu a revelation! What a delightful unexpected dining delight where the neon sign pulled me away from my original destination. Very happy I decided to run across the street to fulfill my curiosity.

This is the most delicious food you can buy. From the obviously beautiful plating to the complex yet full flavors that vary from every creative dish Milque Toast is an absolute St. Louis Gem. The staff is gentle and kind to match the delicate yet filling food. Food is so clearly art at this establishment.

This was our first time at the new location and it's truly such a great expansion from the original space. The atmosphere was preserved, and the new food is truly incredible. Can't recommend the eggs en cocotte enough!

Milque Toast is a wonderful spot! Me and my husband stopped by for some coffee and dessert. The coffee and Milque Toast was delicious. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The owner and staff were delightful. Definitely want to come back for brunch, as their menu looks amazing!

Visiting St. Louis and my hubby picked this place for a quick brunch before I was leaving MO. Kudos to the chef/owner of this restaurant! Food was amazing and service was phenomenal. Had the Fluffer Nutter and the Tarte Flambé. My hubby doesn’t normally like food like this, but he was blown away. Not easy to convince him to like trendy type of food, but he will be back and taking his mother for both brunch and dinner (Friday, Sunday and Monday nights only).

Stopped by for brunch on Sunday and felt very welcome despite the fact that the kitchen was busy. It was like sitting at someone's kitchen or dining room, so cozy and perfect. The truffle egg salad was delicious and the coffee was strong! Will definitely be back

I've been here a couple times, and the food is always delicious with a new take on some typical dishes. You do need to be patient, but the staff is very friendly and wants you to have a great experience. It is a quiet atmosphere that begs for you to slow down and enjoy your time.

One of the best meals me and my wife have ever had. We had the Norwegian pancake and the Spanish egg tortilla and both were so good we kept swapping plates to share. definitely coming back here next time were in St. Louis!

Finally made it in here and so glad I did. Enjoyed the entire experience. Great art. Thoughtful service. Wonderful music. Strong coffee. Hearty Spanish Egg/Potato Tortilla that was large enough to bring half home for lunch. Highly recommend.
