MOD is usually spot on, except this location. I ordered a mini mod, got charged for the next size up . I did say something, he just looked at me . I ended up just take the pizza and leaving. He was rude, and acted as if me being there was an inconvenience. Won’t go back here again.

Here’s a shout out to MOD Pizza from Mike and Ash from Boston mass. We were in town because my son had a kidney transplant over at Barnes Jewish Hospital, which went absolutely perfect. A driver from the airport had recommended. We stopped at MOD Pizza so we did and Boy was it worth it. Travis was fun courteous and the staff girls were great. The pizza was outstanding. Definitely a place to put on your punchlist to stop and have some eats. Again Travis thank you for the experience. I’m sure we’ll see you soon.

They get behind orders because they are in there loading around, milking the clock. I come in for a pick up order, no one greets me for a few minutes because the taller black male is watching the shortest person in front of house struggle with reaching a stack of boxes taller than the person getting them, when he does acknowledge me standing at the front counter he asks from across the room if I have a pick up order I respond from the other side of the room that yes I am, he tells me I need to inform his co-workers standing in between us that I am there for a pick up order. I ask the young lady with the loc if they have the order, she says “not yet” I asked how long does she think it would be, she’s says “I don’t know there a lot of orders a head of mine.” Without even checking to see where in the queue mine is and consider she is the one cooking the pizzas why doesn’t she know how long it takes to cook a pizza. I asked her if the order even came through, she says “I don’t know sir” …without checking for it again. Is it the management or the organization that lacks structure and basic SOPs in order run a better operation? It’s just pizza, it’s not like it’s a 5 star Michelin restaurant. How do you get behind on something as simple as pizza? Oh yea, loafing with no structure or pride in work or reputation.

You'll probably find the most delicious pizza and beer here. The pizza is very similar to European pizzas; you can add any ingredient you want. It's delicious! You can also choose to have two different flavors on one pizza, which is very convenient. I really liked the pizza with fig sauce, although it was a bit sweet.

During my most recent visit, my pizza was made to perfection by an employee in a white crocheted hat with a red bow - wish I knew her name. She was delightful and courteous with a good attitude. Other employees did not exhibit this. All trash cans were overflowing, items in the vestibule were disheveled, every specialty dirk was empty, and the tables -- oh, my gosh the tables -- everyone is so sticky. They need to be sanded and resealed. It would be hard to come back if it weren't for the fact that I love the pizza SO much!
Recently went back to this MOD location and it was back to its beautiful self. I was able to sit at a non-sticky table, the drink area was clean and filled, and the staff was engaging. And, the pizza tasted better than ever!

Super friendly staff! Very helpful and a pleasure to work with! Lots of options on the menu for whatever you want your pizza to look like. Did seem to be slightly expensive for lunch. Almost 20 bucks for an 11-in pizza and 2 drinks. But maybe that's the norm. Would definitely go back though. It was tasty.

This man was so rude. We order just a drink. He put the large cup within reach. But then I asked what size cup was that? He said large. I said we don’t want a large cup. He fixed the price. And finished making a pizza. The transaction finalized and I reached for. The cup in the opening on the other side of the counter. The cup fell. I told the man I’m sorry it fell. He then stared at me for 30 seconds not moving. I responded is your neck broke why are you staring at me. He then waited 10 seconds and said he thought I did it on purpose. I said why would I do it on purpose. I told him he only thinks I’m being funny because he is being funny. The first time he passed us the cup the 2nd time he actually hid the cup behind the Register. He responded I had to pay first. I said it’s only 3 dollars and you didn’t do that the first time.

Pizza was burnt and ingredients tasted old. We also ordered a salad that was heavily wilted. This is the last time we'll be back. Its sad to see such a great chain drop it's standards.

The tables were dirty. The employee started to place a gluten-free crust on a pan covered in flour. I would not recommend to people with allergies.

This pizza is one of my favorites in the area. The unlimited toppings make it even better.
