My first time ordering. We make salads and forget the dressing. I called the restaurant. They wouldn’t let me speak to a manager about my food and said I could eat it without my dressing. Even though I requested dressing for…my salad..? Very weird. This is not a bakery. Why are we forgetting dressing of all things on a salad…? Anyway…

I've been going to this location since it opened. It used to be so fun to go out and have a pizza there. Now, the order is always wrong, you get no sauce, you have to ask them to make your pizza, you get backtalk from the employees if you ask what happened to your pizza, the crust is terrible and they can't even make the pizza in the shape of a circle. It's like they don't want business. I now think the owners are the problem because none of the feedback is ever resolved. No part of the experience is good anymore. I'm sorry MOD is heading for Chapter 11 but I can see why. I was suppose to be able to enter a sweepstakes after taking the survey and even that doesn't work.

Incredible service! I am vegan and had concerns with cross contamination. This can be cumbersome for employees at restaurants. As patiently, kindly, and professional as possible the employees, Travis and Rosey, provided the absolute best service.

Mod is one of my favorite pizza places and their Greek Salad is amazing. Customer service is great. I get by there whenever I can.

Every staff member had a bad attitude and worked at a snails pace with zero sense of urgency. It took 25 minutes to get our food with one couple in front of me in line. The floors were covered in trash behind the counter and the prep stations clearly hadn’t been cleaned for multiple shifts. Completely lost our appetite waiting in line. Wouldn’t recommend.

They do not know how to properly operate an establishment especially the older African American gentleman or cook. They need more training in high pressure instances and just overall do better with getting orders out to people and communicating effectively… ridiculous.

I walked in today to get just a blueberry lemonade it was so clean and the girl was really welcoming as I walked in I didn’t catch her name but thank you for your service and recognizing me as I walked in y’all need to keep her around best employee of the year 5 starts
