1st and last visit. Everything was just meh... Not much toppings and the crust was disgusting, I couldn't eat it after I turned it over. (See pic). The pizzas I got were sloppy looking also, just bad. Don't know how some of these places get good reviews. The crust actually looks a bit moldy and I ate some of it! Just GROSS Wish I could find a good pizza place!

The pizza was already late and after waiting for long period of time i got the thick crust pizza and garlic bread both of them were not heated properly and there is still some dough that isn’t heated and coming to the thick crust pizza, its not heated properly and there is still some dough that needs to be heated the toppings were at its worst not evenly spread and some of the toppings were missed

Our order for 6 pizzas for the kids birthday party was never delivered and if the disappointment of the missing pizza is not enough, MOD pizza has a hard time to give a refund.
I called them numerous times and was told all kind of nonsense from “your delivery was done with a third party and they are responsible for the refund” ending up with “we are trying to locate your order (I have my order number, they never asked for it, and do not seem to be interested in having it) and then will give you a refund”.
Huge disappointment, 80$ gone and no one to talk to. Never again.
The customer service and food was so good that I asked one of the employees if this was privately owned by one of them. They worked with such joy and pleasure, like they were personally invested in the company. From the young man who was making the pizza dough, to sister sunshine with the pony puff, then the happy young man who made my pizza and the cool dude with the cool hat on who seemed to be the manager. To top it off the pizza was outstanding. I’m from Philly and we don’t play about food. Thanks Pizza Mod Squad. You made my evening a pleasant one.

Second visit. Food is great, service poor, cleanliness zero. Tables dirty and sticky. Same on first visit last year. No change. Other MOD restaurants have been great. Especially Maryland Heights. Not so much, Ladue. Last visit at that location.

This is a good place. They had a meat lovers pizza and soda for 15.00. The only thing wrong is they didn't ask what size pizza, and I ended up with a 9 inch when I wanted the extra large. Now, I don't even know if they have an extra large. My bad for staying on the phone. One other person in before me and five, then 1 other after me. The time was 12.30 to 1.50 pm. I might go back
