Pizza was dry..I had to keep asking person for "more"..they put bare minimum & price has gone up tremendously to be trying to "skim" on ingredients..I have been a fan of Mod pizza b4 it came to STL, but last 2 pizzas have not tasted very good as previously, so Im no longer going to visit any in St.Louis area??

7 employees still a 40-minute wait time. No urgency and they're focused on call in orders not walk-ins.

Food is good. Service is great. Last few times I went they were out of several itemsVegetarian options: The items always are fresh.
We were the only customers less than 30 minutes before closing. Everyone was cleaning and preparing to close. Not only did we get the best customer service with a smile, we also got perfect made to order pizzas. I had to ask his name. Thank you Mike Hill and the crew for our best ever MOD experience! (and we order from another location pretty regularly) I hope the company knows what a difference you make! These guys could have looked at us as an inconvenience when we came in so late but they were great! Best service ever!!

I love the flatrate create your own pizza. It really encourages creativity, I don't think I've ever made exactly the same thing twice, and I've been here quite a bit. It's always fun to see what promotional sauce they have in at any given time. Plus the marionberry lemonade reminds me of the good old Pacific Northwest.

Very disappointed by my latest experience at MOD. I used to come multiple times a week during the summer because of the location to my other activities. I used to love how kind the staff was as well as the quality and quantity for the value. But not anymore! The ingredients station was so dirty that I almost didn't want to order anything. ? I also noticed that the size of the MOD pizza is smaller than it used to be, despite the same price point. They were also out of some ingredients and there was major cross contamination issues between the other ingredients. Furthermore, the tables were dirty and sticky.Maybe they had a busy lunch and never rebounded by 2pm on a Saturday, but it is no excuse to leave the whole restaurant dirty. Especially when the food station is in view of the customers.I do not think I will be back to MOD anytime soon and that is disappointing considering the staff used to remember me since I came so often.

Normally love this location but they forgot the Canadian bacon on my order and the onion on my boyfriends:( mostly annoyed cause mod doesn't have anywhere to let the company know rather than just Google.
