Sooooo, after arriving at 11:15am we were informed that they were not open! We stood outside for about 15 minutes before the "security guard " told us we could go in. After waiting another 10 minutes a woman appeared and informed us that children weren't normally allowed but since we had waited they would make an exception. She fumbled with the register for another 10 minutes or so before telling us "the register was not working " and could we cashapp the cost of the brunch!!! AKWARD
We agreed, paid the $125 (2 adult, $40 3 kids $15 ) . After passing thru medal detectors we were told to sit anywhere we wanted. THE PLACE WAS COMPLETELY EMPTY except for a bunch of staff standing around, sitting around or smoking hookah. We attempted to get food from the buffet only to be told "they still weren't ready and they would let us know". We went back to the table and contemplated leaving but at that point we had already paid and invested 45 minutes! PISSED AND STARVING
We asked if we could have our mimosas and AGAIN .....after waiting another 15 minutes the bartender called me over to the bar to pick up our drinks......which were in plastic cups! I asked if we could have them in glasses and she was nice about it and complied with my request.
We were FINALLY told we could eat!!! Literally after waiting a solid hour!!!! We were served and when my grown daughter asked for two lamb chops the lady told her "it's 1 pet visit cause we ain't really got that much"!!! WOW
I will say, even though the food was barley warm and the lamb was waaaaay overcooked, the rest of the food was pretty tasty! We all went back for seconds, the seafood pasta being my favorite ?. YUMMY
Overall, the atmosphere was adorable and the food good, we probably won't be back. Not sure why or how you have an adult only brunch but at least make that clear in your advertising. The wait was unacceptable, however the staff was polite and apologized repeatedly. I found it strange that literally NO ONE else showed up and when we left at 1pm, the place was still empty (except staff sitting around eating) Wierd and awkward. We probably won't go back unless invited by SOMEONE ELSE or unless it's for a specific event. BLACK BUSINESS OWNERS:

Was so excited to support this black owned business. Beautiful decor, decent food (buffet style and mostly cold), extremely slow service and not family friendly, and mimosas served in cheap plastic cups instead of a glass. Showed up at 11:30am with my family and waited 1 hour just to eat and drink after $125 to get in because they weren't set up yet even though their website says they open at 11. Not at all like the experience I saw on Instagram when I decided to come. Overall food was okay but would do brunch elsewhere.

We did not go inside. We had family visiting from out of town and we had guests under 21. We were informed at the door, no one under 21 allowed.
Kid-friendliness: No one under 21 allowed entry
Parking: Parking lot is kind of small, but they have some additional street parking
