Went here for a birthday gathering of 6... 1st of all the is a distinctive sewer smell as soon as you enter.2ndly the cigarette smoke was atrocious and makes the place smell old and when you leave.. You smell like the smoke and oder. Which is not good...it was so bad I had a headache3rdly We had to wait almost an 1and 1/2 to get the food and when it finally did arrive...The steaks that were over cook. One was burnt...like crispy . One person King Salmon was under cooked. Like really mushy...One person lobster tail was over cooked...Like rubbery...to wait that long for your food and when it finally comes ...it's a disappointment ?..and the food is over priced...if your paying for a steak... whoever is cooking it cannot fk that up at the price you pay....hey... it happened though.. more than once..but the ppl who I was with.. did say the Lemon drop drink was very good...so something did turn out right...Will I ever go back... No!!! I will pass.. would I recommend...No!!! I will not recommend...

Seevice was excellent! Seating was comfy sitting in a booth. Noise level was annoying as sat by loyd group party they sang twice for a burthday party. Felt like we were at loud gospel church . Nothing against religion. Not crazy anout locatiom as I don't feel safe being in downtown at night. Several drunks walking around lot and indoors .

Disappointed to say the least. Been to Morton's in different locations and had a phenomenal experience. It's important to note this location is in a casino. Had we known that before we may not have chosen it. The smell of smoke is quite strong. It's literally right across a hallway from the casino itself. Service, but not on the level I would expect at a finer restaurant. Appetizer was brought out after the salads, we were not given an appetizer plates. The bread was good, the shrimp was tough. The salads were good and quite large. The steak, unfortunately was one of the tougher ribeyes I've ever had although it was cooked well, we did enjoy the bread pudding for dessert. All in all the experience did not meet expectations for a restaurant of this caliber.

Bad service stating at the bar with incorrect drinks and into the dining room where it was a little difficult to get our servers attention at times. The steak wasn't as good as it normally is there, but wasn't bad either.

Food was overcooked, my waiter had us ordering things that were not available didn't tell us tell after 45min had passed , it was terrible never eat fine dining at a restaurant built in Casino I would never go there again

Poor service. Our food was delivered and sat at the wrong table with customers who did not know what do with it until a server came by their table. Under staffed. No one available to keep drinks full. Ordered red sangrias and one of them was awful. Bartender added a shot of Jack Daniel's. When we shared it will the server she in my opinion lied to our face saying it was their seasonal Sangria with Jack Daniel's. Finally the manager came by the table and treated me like I was making it up. If I were going to do that I would've done it with the $67 steak I ordered.! While the steak, the mashed potatoes and the appetizers we ordered were delicious. The overall service and experience is not worth the cost. I would not recommend.

300 dollar dinner for two you tend to have higher expectations for food and service My steak came out cold Bread we had to ask for Drinks never got refilled Barely checked up on I dont think i can blame the waitress because it truly seemed as if she was stretched thin I hate to even review but the more i think about it the more it doesn't make sense. Theres a level of service expected with the name Mortons or any other higher end steakhouse. They certainly fell short last night.

Ate there a couple weeks ago. My server was Erica and had no knowledge of the menu or the wine. It took her over a hour to come back to the table after receiving our food. Then had to wait another 30 min to get our food boxed up and our check. The gm was so rude to us and couldn't find the wine bottle we wanted. The place smelled like sewage. I would not call this place fine dining by any means.

We were out for our valentines day dinner. Everything was fine till we received our meals. One Oscar fillet was ordered medium well and came out medium rare. So it was sent back a d placed back on the grill. 20 min later the same steak came out dry and almost inedible. Needless to say our romantic dinner was a bust. We didn't even get to enjoy eating together on this special day. Definitely won't be back.

Was welcomed very professionally and friendly to our seats. Waitress very helpful and prompt to get our drinks. Given just enough time to place order. Food arrived on time and was very delicious. We were on our anniversary and was given a desert which was a very nice jester and was delicious. Thank you and we would come there again.

For many years and many cities , Morton's has been our “ go to “ for consistency. This visit was more than disappointing! We had NO idea that it was located inside a nasty casino ! If we had not been driven there and little chance of getting a reservation any where else , we would have left upon entering the disgusting odor of the casino ! Morton's should remove their good name from association with this property! Our steaks were under cooked , creamed spinach ... just wrong . The GM came to our table and agreed that he is no a fan on the spinach . It was a birthday celebration gone extremely bad ! Two steaks , one wedge salad over saturated in dressing and one bottle $99 wine and $300.with tip for the worst dining experience overall ! Never again !The odor should never be near a fine dining restaurant!!

Our 3rd time dining. Absolutely love it. The food is always perfect and the service is spot on. We would prefer for it to not be attached to Casino. Smoke, parking and downtown of not our Thing. Will definitely dine there again.

Birthday dining experience here. We have the wagon fillet with the spinach and mushrooms, and sour cream mashed potatoes. Very large wine selection. With a free dessert. Highly recommend this place for a special occasion. Also, our waitress was amazing.
