Is this place closed? I just placed an order with their online system, got a automated email saying there were technical difficulties and to call to check if my order went through. I called both their main number and alternate number, and got a message from my provider saying the call couldn't be completed, check the number and call again. Can't really rate the food, it hasn't been delivered. Doing 1 star just because a rating is required. Could be really good, but I don't know.

The first time I tried this place I ordered online and received my food about 90 minutes later. Yes, an hour and a half. Today I decided to try it again because they are the closest to me and the food was alright. TWO HOURS later still nothing, and my car is broken down, so I called and canceled my order and they didn't even apologize or try and get me to keep my order. Needless to say, I will not be going back and do not recommend them for delivery. They should not offer this if they can't follow through. Now, I'm off to find something else for my very late meal.

Done in. Lunch. Be willing to wait and trust me, get a combo, you'll get a deal & deliciousness!! Hot & sour soup!!!

Food was mediocre at best. Ordered combos and had to ask to get the soda that was included as indicated on the menu. No fountain soda, no tea hot or iced they had water or coke or Dr Pepper. Once we got the check we saw we were charged $1.50 each for a can of soda. Brought it to the servers attention who said something to I'm guessing was the owner and all they said it was an old menu. Funny thing was that the same menus were on all the tables. After we questioned it the server picked up all the menus off the tables. If you want good and cheap chinese check out Honk Kong Express at Cherokee and Jefferson, much better and they give you a free soda!

Worst customer service I've ever experienced! I was a loyal customer (both delivery and in-house, I live in the neighborhood) for YEARS. I knew it took them a while to deliver, so I always made sure to order about an hour before I expected to eat. Then, one night, I ordered food for myself and my two 12-year-old sisters. An hour goes by, nothing. I call at an hour and a half, the person who answers barely speaks english, puts me on hold forever, and then says "your order hasn't left yet" and hangs up before I can say anything. I call back, ask for a manager, the manager says my food will be "on its way soon" and that the driver would call me. 2 AND A HALF HOURS after I order, still no food. I ask for my money back. They say they cant do that (as someone who works in the service industry, that is completely unacceptable). They "discount" my order a measly $5. I'm so disgusted. I will never be giving them my business again, and I am clearly not the first person this has happened to. PLEASE order from somewhere else! Anywhere else! You'll be glad you did.

Awful experience. Ordered about 90 minutes ago - food was supposed to be here 30 min ago. No food yet. Ordered online, which I should have known was a terrible idea. Tried calling a BUNCH of times. Voicemail system is set up and just says "sorry - mailbox is full" or it rings and rings and no one answered. Finally talked to someone after a bunch of calls and she said the driver left, and hopefully he will be there in the next fifteen minutes. Not holding my breath.

We ordered our food from their online ordering system, and after receiving no contact for an hour (aside from the confirmation email 10 minutes after ordering), so we called and they said they didn't receive our order. The employee was not particularly apologetic, nor did they offer to expedite our order if we placed it at that time. We opted to forget it. I then received a call 3 minutes later saying that they found our order and it was on its way (they just forgot they had filled the order). The food was sub-par... the sweet and sour chicken was fine, as was the crab rangoon. The duck noodle was filled with bones and bone shards and was simply just a brown overcooked mess. The portions were large for the price, but the quality was sad. I only recommend this place if you call them to place the order personally and if you want something typical.

Sometimes the food is good, but the most recent time I ordered food, I spent $20 to have them mess up my order, not follow directions to ring my doorbell/call my cell when they're here, and the guy was like I've been knocking for several minutes. I'm like, well, I said on the instructions to ring the doorbell because I can't hear anything in the back of the house. I ordered a fountain soda, got a canned soda, and got chicken that was like it had been made about 10 hours prior. It was soggy and tasteless. Crab Rangoon had way too much cream cheese. In retrospect the person really didn't deserve the generous tip I gave him, but I didn't realize the extent of how bad they screwed things up until he left. Sorry guys, I expect better for what I pay on an order. --DJ CMount--

While we've had okay experiences with this restaurant before, lately we've been having experiences that have gotten worse and worse.

I ordered from Saint Louis Wok a few times. For the Most they are ok. Delivery is usually fast. But last couple of times, the food has been less appealing and the delivery is way off also. Seems like they are getting to the point of not caring about food and customers, than just making money. I called the location twice after my order had not been delivered in an hour and 45 min. Every time I called, all they would say is that is is on the way. I will add another post when my food gets here, if it does. They are going down hill and just getting worse is seems.

Food is okay. Deliver is on average about 45 minutes and after spending thirty dollars on two entrees and crab Rangoon we end up with one fortune cookie- fail! Haha

The dine-in menu has some hidden surprises compared to the takeout menu.
