I ordered the pesto cavatappi with tofu and garlic bread. Usually steaming hot, both were cold. The pasta always has shredded parmesan cheese on top, not today. The cheese peeled off the bread in one piece with little effort, and the bread was hard on the edges. This is $19 combined. That's too much money to be spending on food that's low quality. You won't be getting my business again for a long while.

If I could give zero stars I would. My husband and I walked in and we saw at least 5 employees and 5 employees saw us. None of them greeted us or acted like they wanted to help or take our order. Then my husband greeted them and one of them a (a white girl with red hair) rolled her eyes and continued to ignore us. We didn’t feel comfortable ordering food with how rude they were so we walked out and none of them tried to stop us. This location closes at 9 according to Google. We walked in at 8:09. It’s not like we walked in at closing time but they treated us horribly and the entire staff is rude and lazy on Sunday 9/8/24 around 8 pm. I will also be reaching out to corporate.

The lady who helped us was very kind and very patient

We love going to Noodles and Company! We are from TX and we try to come here every chance we get as there are none in TX. They have GF noodles which is the reason for us trying it. The staff are so sweet and nice. They have tons of noodle options. We hope you will come to Dallas, TX someday!

Ordered to-go in store and got home to find out there was no chicken on the salad I paid for so I had to add my own at home. I will say the cashier was friendly, at least.

I used to love this place but I must say, the prices are too high for what you get and the food quality has dwindled down to a 1 star. It is not the same delicious food it was years ago. I am sad it did not stay consistent and won't be going there again nor will I recommend Noodles.

As soon as we walked in the door we where greeted by a friendly employee who could tell we hadn't been in before. We thought it was a ramen shop. He told us we wouldn't find better noodles in town, so we gave it a shot. I ordered the pasta fresca with shrimp which turned out to be amazing! My son ordered the chicken parmesan which was also pretty good. The have a few bottled drink options like a black cherry sparkling drink as well as a coke machine with many flavors.

Came out hot so I'm happy.

Sent us home with burnt, un eatable noodles. It was disgusting. & when we called to complain there was “nothing” they could do. Oh ya know, a refund would be cool.

Food is great. Service is Hit or Miss but when it's on, they're good. Last time I went, they were really nice and the food was ready and fresh so I'll give them a solid review.
