If you had asked me 10 years ago my opinion of Noodles and Co, it would have been a glowing 5 star review. However, like many restaurants, I feel Noodles and Co. took a turn for the worse during the pandemic.The service isn't all that friendly, workers appear stressed and overworked, and the overall ambiance and experience is lackluster. And this isn't specific to this location but across the board.Something changed, and I hope it changes back.
