Really disappointed in the meal and service this time around. I always make a trip here before a show at the Pageant, but I'll probably skip next time. The food came quickly, but that wasn't a good thing. The tamarind chicken was over fried, like it had been made previously then refried for my order which explains how it came out just a few minutes after I ordered. It was also absolutely drenched in tamarind sauce, which was really sour, so the combo of sour and old fryer was not ideal. The edamame on the other hand was barely cooked, and absolutely coated in a huge amount of low-quality furikake that I had to scrape off to make it edible.
I was there more than a half hour before their posted closing time, and gone a full 15 minutes before closing, but that didn't stop the employees from closing up around me, including using a really strong smelling mopping liquid that fully put me off the rest of my meal. It was honestly surprising they were doing so much cleaning, because the whole meal was interrupted constantly by little flies flying around my food and wine.
The two stars are for price and concept only. I had a great time on my previous visits, but I'm afraid I've probably eaten my last meal here.

They have this “Tantanmen Ramen” and it always hits the spot!! Kudos to the guys doing their thing in the kitchen. Nudo house is one of the best in its league! Eating here for 3 years, never disappointed.

It's next to concert venues so you never know who you will run into. The food is awesome I take anyone who comes to visit me here because it's the best. It's consistently awesome!

Do not go here if you have any type of allergy. The staff has seemingly not been trained on how to handle cross-contamination etc. It makes me really sad that I have to leave a low star review. After having an incident occur at this location due to an a lack of education of the staff on cross-contamination etc., ( having made it extremely clear that there was an allergy), the staff gave my husband food with gluten in it. (Even after we re-ordered.) I emailed the company twice and received no response. :( I used to love this place!
I’m happy to edit my review if someone gets back to me, but it’s been months and I feel like I need to warn those with celiac disease or allergies.
My kids introduced me to the Nudo House, and I'm glad they did. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was great. My daughter and I ordered Pho and Spring Rolls. My son ordered Ramen. Everything was flavorful and fresh. The service was so fast that they met me at the table with my food. I was pleasantly surprised. I will be back again and again.

Love this place. It takes 90 minutes to drive here but it’s always worth it. We’ll make the trip JUST to eat here and then go back home. It’s that good. My go to is the YOLO Mein. It’s sooooo good.
