I had driven past this place a hundred times, never went in.
Was invited to try out their Friday Fish and Chips special.
The whole place is like amazing. Has an old pub feel to it, I had no idea it was going to have that kind of atmosphere. A really old Irish pub kind of feel (and yes I’ve been to pubs in Ireland.)
The food was really good, served pretty fast. The staff were great, super friendly and helpful.
Highly recommend, and I look forward to going there again.
If you want a nice meal in an old school pub setting, this is the place.

1 Diet Coke, 1 Roast Beef Sandwich, and a $3 tip. My lunch cost $24. While the food was good, the price was ridiculous. 1 slice of cheese? $1 extra. Au Jus? $1 extra. 1 tablespoon of Horseradish? $1 extra. That is on top of a modestly sized sandwich that cost $15. I wasn't asked if I wanted Au Jus or Horseradish. It just arrived. Then, I was presented with a bill showing that disgraceful upcharge
A roast beef sandwich and a diet coke. $24. Absolutely ridiculous.

Great place for a Sirloin Burger, Fried Mushrooms and a Shandy. Not on menu, but order the aujour to dunk your mushrooms in. Been going for 50 years.
Parking: Sometimes need to park on street, but usually in their lot.

Rude server, Andrea- didn’t see her smile once. Asked our group of 6 to be quiet at 9:30 at night on a Friday. Food was below average- server dropped my burger before I even received it. NOT a fun environment. At. All. Wouldn’t suggest.
Edit: the “owner” said that they aren’t the place for drunks but we weren’t drunk. I met my in-laws with their best friends at a pub and was excited to see them. Isn’t a pub the appropriate place for someone in their mid-30s to meet up with 4 individuals in their 50-60s around 8pm? ??♀️

Wasn't the worst place I've ate at, but I expected more. I understand the "vibe" they are going for, but the place is too dark. The seating is uncomfortable, highly. Our waitress didn't even approach us until almost twenty minutes of sitting in a booth, which we were seen. Our order was messed up, but we ate anyways because we were starving. I'd never go back, no wow factor here. The food, I can get the same quality at a local restaurant where I live. Also, when you order a burger....the fries should be with the meal, not charged separate. A meal is something more than a burger provided, inflation is at a all time high....people will come back to spend their hard earned money if they are not being charged for a meal and not being brought an actual "meal".

Owner is very ignorant, used to be a regular here until this clown took over. Condescending, insulting, vulgar. Just look at some of the screenshots of interactions with customers on facebook or internet. The plandemic made him lose his mind with his customers. Bring Fred and Frank back and ditch this guy. And I knew Jack. I worked there back in the 90's, I am totally aware of who runs it now as well as his background.
