I am not a picky eater. I had the sweet & sour pork. It was dry, chewy, flavorless, inexpensive but not worth the $. The people working there were great and i got my food quickly. Rice was ok, but not good. Eggroll was good.

Was ok. I thought the food was a bit greasier than I'm used to.

Sometimes it's great to hit a "dive", and his wasn't one of those times. Clearly the food has an earned reputation but the owners have opted to stuff all the profits into anything other than the establishment!

This restaurant should not have St Louis in their name. The atmosphere was beautiful, and misleading. I had never been here and thought I was going to have the best Chinese food. I was wrong. The food was HORRIBLE!! I ordered a chicken egg foo young combo platter that was disgusting. The gravy tasted like there was cinnamon in it and the rice was undercooked. I hate crunchy rice.and the rice looked gray in color. I also ordered steamed ham and noodles. Simple dish but even that was nasty. I bought my daughter a chicken lo mein combo she said was ok, but again the fried rice that was included was undercooked. The only thing I ate were the ham St. Paul sandwich and 2 egg rolls. I wasted $30, There were so many other places I wish I went instead. Very disappointed and Definitely will not be back!!

Menu is much more than than just Chop Suey. Nice place simple with very quick service. Prices seem a little lower than most.Parking: Plenty of room in the shared parking lot.Wheelchair accessibility: Adequate room to access in the dining room. Toilet did not have an ADA recommended modifications. Maybe those are in the other. Toilet room that was out of order.

I ordered the beef st. paul sandwich and lemonade drink for dine in. We got to the parking lot just after 11am but they were opened before their advertised start time at 11:30am. There was no line and waiting time was fast. We picked up our food in the counter. They have sriracha sauce because thats the only way I like to eat my sandwich. It was not lacking taste and just the right saltiness. The sandwich has pickle and mayo spread on the bread and the meat was deep fried with the veggies. It was the right crispy texture. I would recommend this place for st paul sandwich if your appetite can handle deep fried. I think the price, $4.5/sandwich is pretty affordable. The restaurant floors looks like it needs good mopping and the wall decor needs framed pictures.

I’ve been going to this place since 2010. I didn’t have issues with any of their food until recently. I order their fried rice and it tastes awful the second day if there’s any left overs. You can really tell when it’s hot and I don’t know if it’s one of the ingredients that’s expired but the second day the rice is slimes and it tastes like it went bad.

Soooo sad the quality of the place has gone down so much. The boneless hot braised chicken was basically deep fried bread chunks that weren’t even crispy. I tried to pull apart the pieces to get to the meat and it was a tragedy. The fried rice used to be my favorite, it had nearly zero taste and didn’t even have onion or egg in it either. Go to China garden on gravois or China king on Loughborough instead yall.

Visiting from out of town. Before we got to the door, my husband asked me if I still wanted to eat there bc it lacked curb appeal. I said dumps often have good food so we ventured in. One of the staff with giant caterpillar lashes approached the counter looking miserable. It's a small funky little place with seating and doesn't feel clean but I was still willing until we stood in front of a masked woman who didn't part her lips to ask what we wanted and just stared forward. That was our cue to exit. I will not eat anywhere that treats it's customers like they're doing us a favor.
