One 19 North Tapas Wine Bar

I love the ambience in 119 on North. It's just the coolest vibe in that little restaurant. Such a nice date place, and I can't say enough about the food. Superb everything I ate that evening was absolutely delicious. If you haven't tried the Tres Leche cake you're missing out on one of the best things. I know we're going to be going there again sometime soon. It's kind of like “our place”

Had a great Tome visiting with some old friends with out ever feeling rushed. Service was perfect level of attention ‐ available without hovering Food and wine were great

Very poor service. We were pretty much ignored by the wait staff, they seemed to be very busy hanging out in the back of the restaurant. At the end of our meal, we had to walk to the back of the restaurant to request our check, even though I had requested it twice. Both the food runner and host were very kind and attentive so we ended up having to place an order with them.

The food is always good at this restaurant. They could use a little update on the interior and the prices are a bit high for this location!

Th food was delicious and our server Brian was both knowledgeable and accommodating. We will definitely dine here again.

Great wine, and service. We also ordered a few apps and they were delicious. Chicken wings were stellar.

I've been here several times over the years and really like the staff, the wine and the old school wine bar feel of the place. Recently, however, the food has not been great. It's not awful, it's just not flavorful and doesn't feel like anyone in the kitchen really cares. Not sure when, or if, I'll return unless I hear that they are putting more effort into cooking.

First time here. The only disappointment was that the portion sizes for both the starters and entrees were extremely small and severely overpriced. I guess with all the positive reviews people don't care about what they pay in regard to what they are served. Won't be back. Remember restaurants should be judged on the value they represent to the consumer.

Rude bartender, freezing cold, subpar food.

We walked in for our anniversary dinner. There was not anyone at the hostess station and the place was freezing. Walked to the bar asked about the hostess. We were “greeted” by a very snarky male bartender who had no customers at the bar. He said the hostess was not at her station.
We went back to the hostess station and waited. 5 minutes later Mr Snarky seated us and continued with his attitude. Told us if we sat at the bar and bothered him he wouldn’t be at the bar. What kind of hospitality is this?
The place used to be great and was a go to for everything. We will never go back.

The salmon special was excellent and paired well with the wine that Brian selected for us. Best food and service in Kirkwood.

I have been to One 19 North for dinner and had a very different experience with the food than we had for lunch. Our salads were lacking dressing and there seemed to be a pungent odor throughout the restaurant. This was quickly masked by a Fragrant candle but nevertheless was still there. I will try again but maybe not during lunch hours.

One of our favorite places. We always have exceptional service and the small plates are the perfect size and every offering is delicious.

I hadn't been to One 19 for a few years so took a friend who had never been. I had the chicken salad sandwich on cranberry toasted bread with fries; the sandwich was warm and delicious! Generous portions but not overkill. My friend had the chicken club and enjoyed it very much. I will be back!
