I love the ambience in 119 on North. It's just the coolest vibe in that little restaurant. Such a nice date place, and I can't say enough about the food. Superb everything I ate that evening was absolutely delicious. If you haven't tried the Tres Leche cake you're missing out on one of the best things. I know we're going to be going there again sometime soon. It's kind of like “our place”

I've been here several times over the years and really like the staff, the wine and the old school wine bar feel of the place. Recently, however, the food has not been great. It's not awful, it's just not flavorful and doesn't feel like anyone in the kitchen really cares. Not sure when, or if, I'll return unless I hear that they are putting more effort into cooking.

First time here. The only disappointment was that the portion sizes for both the starters and entrees were extremely small and severely overpriced. I guess with all the positive reviews people don't care about what they pay in regard to what they are served. Won't be back. Remember restaurants should be judged on the value they represent to the consumer.
