Our group was celebrating a birthday tonight. It was also our first time here so we ordered several items off the menu to try: the house salad, the smoked BBQ chicken pizza, the margherita pizza, tiramisu and brownies. Everything was delicious except the brownies. I'm not sure if it was a bad batch or just not to our taste. The servers were very nice, but not super attentive. We had to ask to for refills. We were there for the dinner rush and it was busy so it was understandable....

I took friends for dinner and ordered the pork shank special on a bed of risotto. I'm not sure if they didn't know how to cook pork shanks but I couldn't cut the meat off the bone with a serrated steak knife without shaking the entire table. The meat was flavorful but not tender at all. I was very disappointed. I have the take home portion (80% since I couldn't cut it) in the oven now with some brazing fluid. I figure it needs a good hour to be edible. So,...
