The Original Pancake House Ladue

Very disappointed to find out this restaurant is registered on Public Square. You have a problem with diversity and others who aren’t like you. It’s a shame that you’re the same owner of the Ladue location where Black people prop your business up.

Beautiful inside , gas fireplace, tables arranged safe distance between. Very cozy. Super friendly staff and excellent super delicious food definitely worth waiting for. Our wait time was hour but worth it. Highly recommend this location! Most of our party of 4 had the pancakes I had the Savory Crepe. Although the crepe was delicious I would have preferred it not be rolled and instead folded in Four as they do in the French Crepe restaurants then not so doughing! Coffee delicious no sugar needed. This place a must to come to if you are in the area!!!

At first I thought pancake house was going to be my new place to eat at instead of cracker Barrel. However i was wrong so disappointed. 1st it's more like 25 -30 dollars a person. 2nd they charged me 5.25 for a small bowl of strawberries the 2nd visit. However never charged me the first visit. 3rd was never told by waitress there would be extra charge and menu doesn't even show a price for adding strawberries to French toast. Spoke to manager not very helpful . Will never go back

Always good food cooked to order. Absolutely delicious. I haven't had anything there I dislike. The apple cinnamon dutch baby is enough for 2!

I love this place , and I frequent often. However the last time I was there the bathroom hall smelled as if the building was having a sewer issue.
Thank God the smell didn't affect the rest of the building.

Ok so if I didn’t them a chance to redeem themselves I wouldn’t be writing this but they failed. I ordered the bacon lovers meal and patties and eggs. They originally left my pancakes out of the bag. After I called to inform them what was missing I was told that I could come back and they would make some fresh pancakes and throw in some sausage for the inconvenience. The sausage was pink in the inside and the pancakes were still doughy in the middle. The hash browns were supposed to be cooked well done but they were also undercooked. It was a waste of money

Very cute and clean! Our server was very nice and the gluten free pancakes were amazing!! Lots of options on the menu and they even serve them on a red plate to make sure everyone in the kitchen knows! We WILL be back again!

I have never been disappointed coming here. The food and staff is amazing. My son loves to get the strawberry pancakes, which are buttermilk pancakes with strawberries, whipped cream, and strawberry syrup. I have tried the turkey, spinach, and egg white omelette which is fantastic. Today I decided to get the buttermilk pancakes with hashbrowns and scrambled eggs with cheddar cheese on both. OMGEEE.....YUMMO!

I asked for my omelette to be well don’t with American cheese on top. It came out with no cheese at all and the waitress rolled her eyes and took it back. Then bought it back all runny and slammed it on the table. I told her that I didn’t want that she went to get the manager . The lady came over with a smile on her face and said I had to still pay for my omelette . And that was that. After that the waitress became very rude. Anywho we end up paying for the omelette . The customer service was very poor so no I didn’t leave a tip . The manager ran outside and said I had to leave to leave a tip . I was confused poor service . That was unacceptable. I use to like them. I spoke highly of them . But today was different . They was so unprofessional and rude. I will never go there again.
