We had a great experience using Orlando’s catering at the Missouri History Museum! They were pros at helping set up and the food was great! Jordan was our point of contact and she was amazing!! She made sure all of our questions were answered and we were able to enjoy our night!
This review is for the Orlando events center in Maryland Heights. On Saturday Nov 29, we held a reception for our son and bride who were married earlier this year. It was outstanding! The location is excellent with easy access. We were able to pull up to the door and unload all our stuff. There is an overhang which was helpful since it was snowy. Made it easy too for some elderly guests. The event planner Sandy was amazing, checking with me regularly during the evening to see if we needed anything. The other support staff were great too.
The place was decorated beautifully, and I can't say enough about the food! Our guests raved and it really was delicious! I saw a review that people were upset that they could not take food home. I agree, that would have been nice. But we knew upfront because it was in our contract. I highly recommend this location for a wonderful celebration.
Great Thanksgiving Feast! Delicious food, beautiful atmosphere. Buffet was as advertised. They welcomed parties large, small, and singles. Family friendly turkey mascot was fun and a terrific photo op. Spacious dining room, plenty of parking, easy access and well-lit for crutches, walkers, etc. We will come back for our next holiday celebration. Such a nice experience. This Thanksgiving we are grateful that the staff at Orlando's gave up their own holiday so we could celebrate in style.
Out of the way, spacious and accommodating. On point on everything: fast drinks and appetizers, buffet style with double serving line; marinated salad, mashed potatoes with au’jue, sauted mixed veggies, pasta, chicken modiga, rolls and hand carved roast beef, coffee and dessert too. The AC was a little too cold for me but we weren’t dancing.
My 50th High School Reunion Party held at Orlando’s Event Center was perfect. The planning of the event went so smoothly, and I didn’t have to rent extra items to host a nice party for my classmates.
Bill and his staff did a wonderful job servicing the 92 guests throughout the four hour party. There were smooth transitions from introductions to delicious buffet dinner, to clearing for the dance floor, and to having popular desserts served. The round tables were an excellent size for 8 to visit with each other.
The room was beautiful, with accent lighting, white table cloths fully set with silverware and napkins, and pretty crystal centerpiece candle holders. They also provided four side tables for name tags, to view pictures, an area to write class member memories, and an area to share condolences.
I wholeheartedly recommend Orlando’s Event Center for a 50th High School Reunion in St Louis.
BETHANY THE BARTENDER IS THE GREATEST
I wish it had better lighting inside tho lol
Great food
Great place for any big group needs you have.
Food is okay. Used this company for our reception and they won’t even let you take the leftovers home with you. We literally PAID for the food and they won’t let you take the bread or any leftovers home?! What do they can eat it themselves?! Not to mention, they were extremely rude about it. I would never recommend this company.
Do yourselves a favor and find any other company to spend your money with.

Great venue
Attended a benefit dinner for the PHC Thursday night. It was attended by hundreds of individuals. Daryl Strawberry was the guest speaker. What a God inspired message he had for those in attendance. The food and service provided by Orlando's was outstanding!
Decent food. Nice clean space.
I would like to make a suggestion, when you have these holiday brunches, instead of listing the price of $41.95 plus the 18 percent service charge and taxes) how about just listing the total price of $53.33 which is the true price that you will be charged
Not impressed. Just a very simple mediocre venue. Food wasn't great.
