Outback Steakhouse

The food was pretty good as is typical at an Outback; but our waitress, Amanda, was the real highlight! She was very attentive to us and very charming and kind! Definitely made our dinner. You can tell she really cares about her tables!

Had a great time with my wife for date night. Food was awesome drink also amazed at the variety of options available. The vibe was welcoming tables and floors clean manager by the name of Alex was very warm and went above and beyond to make sure my wife got her steak done right. Will return 10/10 recommend.

First time to try and I was not disappointed at all, service was great, TJ was out server and took very good care of us. We got in very fast as I walk through the door and was greeted and quickly was seated, had our drinks and order in and was enjoying their famous Blooming Onion, which was great. Dinner was served quickly and the night was very good. I did a surf and turf and really the only part that could have used more freshness was the lobster tail but, the filet was cooked just the way I had expected it. All in all it was a good night here.

Parking: Because it is next to a Fitz place, had to park a distance away and walk.

On 2/2/25 on a Sunday we always go to outback and have had wonderful experience with the waiters and food, but on this particular Sunday we had terrible service and food! I order a 6 oz filet with loaded baked potato (29.98 plus tax). Our waitress Vanessa M was very hard to locate, we had to grab other waiters to get her and still would be 5 minutes before she came to our table). I ordered well done (I order this every Sunday). My filet was dry and burnt. When we finally got waitress to come over l, I had indeed ate 1/2 the steak as I was hungry, I stated to Vanessa M that my steak was dry and burnt and she says oh I’m sorry you should of said something before you started eating it!! Hmmm at that point was afraid to send back with all the horrible things you hear about when you send food back! With the amount of monies my husband spends there and being the loyal customer, could have at least discounted my burnt steak.

Pretty good for what it is. Sirloin steak was good, especially for being sirloin.
Blooming chicken was good 9/10. It's a good medium priced meal as long as you don't go in expecting the same food that you'd get from a high end steakhouse.

Got the prime rib. I ordered it medium and it was rare and the end cut. The baked potato was not cooked all the way. Waste of 75.00

I placed a reservation for 7pm two weeks in advance. I get to the restaurant and the hostess tells me it’s going to be a 90 minute wait. What’s the point of making a reservation if you’re not going to honor it.

Poor service. Slow, very slow. Placed an order on DoorDash. 2 hours later the dasher is still waiting and sent an update “kitchen is behind - they said 2 more hours”. 4 hours total? They have issues. Wouldn’t recommend.

My husband took me last year. They over cooked my steak, so they said would get me another one, brought it to me and it was the same thing. My dogs ate good that night.

I ordered the prime rib sandwich and it absolutely no flavor at all. Very fatty and stale tasting like it was yesterday's meat. My husband's steak he could hardly cut. My grandson chicken and shrimp pasta was the only thing edible. Big let down for spending $80.

The steaks are so flavorful and cooked to perfection! I highly recommend it.
