I really have not had a bad experience. I had not been to this particular location in a while but I was not disappointed. Service was exceptional, my food came out quick and it was delicious.

Nothing about this visit was right unfortunately. You'd think they could at least get one of their signature items correct (blooming onion) but nope, it was overcooked and cold which is impressive. It showed up after 15 minutes, late for an appetizer which would have been ok if it wasn't gross and cold. The server must have been new. We had to ask for bread, refills, and he seemed irritated when we asked. Our food came out and got to hang out at another table while the food runner chatted with a friend at the table for a full minute (yeah I timed that) while I stared at my food getting cold. And nope, the runner wasn't dropping off food at that table. The steaks were not great quality, took some hacking to cut. The bill was wrong and took 3 tries to get it fixed, never saw a manager. Those are just a few of the highlights. This is the 2nd and last chance I'll be giving this location.

Taking advantage of Outback Steakhouse Veterans meal program. The offerings were outstanding, and our server Kati was a delight. She was very pleasant and very professional. Thank You Outback Steakhouse for remembering all the Veterans.

My family and I ate at the South County location last week. It took us an hour and a half to get food for three people. The potato soup was mush. The steak had absolutely no seasoning on it. They tried to give my husband a porterhouse and tell him it was the more expensive ribeye that he actually ordered. The bathroom stall walls were broken and coming detached from the wall. The toilet was disgusting and splattered with poop. To top it all off, there was a server in one of the stalls with her apron laid across the bathroom floor while she sat on the toilet. I was a server for many years and found this place disgusting. If that is what is in the front of the house then I don’t want to see the back. Food was WAY overpriced for the quality.. The only positive part was our server who I felt bad for as he apologized to his tables for the slow service. We will NOT be back

Diners beware. Arrived at the S Lindbergh location at 6:40pm. We received salads in a timely manner. Then the wait was on. 8:00pm came and went. No communication from our server, don’t remember her name. 8:15pm no dinner. At that point I had to flag down the waitress and ask. She went to the kitchen and came back and said there were still 5 tables ahead of us. Remember we arrived at 6:40pm. Restaurant 75-80% empty. One table received their food…. 8:30pm came and went and so did we. Worst service I have ever received at any restaurant. Slow waitress who seemed to not care at all. No communication whatsoever. I will never go to an Outback again. Ridiculous

I have been to a number of fancy restaurants. The service we had here matched that of 801 chophouse and ruths Chris. They were so kind (family of 5 with 2 year old twins and a 4 year old) and super attentive. Constantly picking up the crayons my boys threw. My steak was perfectly cooked with shrimp that wasn't rubbery. The drinks were ice cold. We will be back!

We always love Outback Steakhouse! The food was great and we didn’t need to wait very long to get a seat - but it was busy! Nice job to the staff and cooks there!

Their blooming onions used to be good but now they suck, hardly any batter on it,greasy,over cooked and are way overpriced. Very disappointed!
