As a former employee expect no service, old rotten food roach infested restaurants and to be cussed out if you DARE COMPLAIN about the quality of food or how long it takes to get the cold, wrong order. They'll park you and sit behind the counters with locked doors and laugh at how angry you get. I quit on the spot, had to fight for my last paycheck and still in July have not recieved my W2's. If an employee with Managerial experience tells you a place is bad, then P&P is BAD!!!

This McDonalds @ 4200 Hampton needs some working with the public skills. Girl taking my order talking to 3 others and cracking up. I repeated the order 3 times and when I went for pick up half was missing. The man at the window said Sorry you will have to drive around and reorder !!! Wait in line for bag of fries he could've just handed to me. It would've been 1 less he would get to eat. Wont go back ever !

All of their locations are just horrible. I really do not understand how they are still open. I was at a location earlier and the drive thru person argued with me about how the screen said I ordered diet. Um no honey you are wrong. I literally told her several times it was regular and she is steadily arguing with me. The franchise owners are worse! They only care about themselves and bot the customer. I can guarentee if people would just stop going to mc donalds as a whole they would not be in business at all.

Very rude employees. management needs some team building skills at the Hampton Village McDonalds. Waited at drive thru 5 minutes before addressed, placed my order, pull up to the pay window and the always grouchy older blonde headed woman rudely advised NEXT window. Pull up to pay, handed my card, "oh no cash only credit machine is down" Can they not tell you this at time of ordering?? What a complete waist of time

The worst McDonald's I've ever been to in my Life! Took 20 minutes to get through the drive-thru I ordered a McChicken a cheeseburger and a Coke I waited at the window for another 5 minutes the McChicken tasted like leather and was cold the cheeseburger was slightly warm the only good thing was the coke! I will never eat there again and I recommend they close that store down!!!

All locations I've visited that are owned by this group absolutely suck. Speed is not a thing. Orders are wrong. Drinks are not filled correctly and then workers want to argue when asked to fill cups up with more drink and not ice. Wait times are horrendous and no one seems to know to let customers at drive thru box know they are aware you are there..and get snippy when you check. This group needs to be sold to someone else with more experience and better attitudes running fast food drive thrus. The only time I like visiting is before 6:30 am and then they have the we',re not open yet or cash only be going on. If we're stuck with you, you better fix things.

Whoever is in charge of the night staff at the Bayless McDonald's in Bella Villa should be fired! I just had a 20 minute wait in the drive thru and then got the worst customer service, only half of my order, and when I asked for the manager, the incredibly rude woman said she was the manager and to get the F out of the drive-through. The morning staff seem to be pretty decent but during the last several months the night staff has been rude, nasty, unprofessional and incapable of keeping the place running. I hope that you care enough to go do something about the situation. If not, prepare to start losing business when other customers get treated this way.

This is got to be the worst restaurant company in America I understand doing business in St Louis is difficultbut the leadership and the ownership of this company has absolutely no clue I wish McDonald's corporation would come in and take over their stores I have never seen a company so poorly ran. The service at every one of their stores is consistently bad it is very difficult to get any type of good service or even get an order correct they are failing on so many levels

Service is slow despite not being very busy. Order takers are unfriendly, no thank-yous, surly, likely due to lack of training and supervision.
