Beware of Darkness

I've been coming to Panda for years. The combo plates are a great value. I love the General Tso's chicken and the crab rangoon. I'm picky about Chinese food, and Panda is the best I've tried in town.

Top quality "American Chinese" food. Ingredients are fresh and high quality, meat is lean, flavorful and nicely cooked. Fast service and good value with generous portions. Not the place to go for authentic recipes or high spice levels but perfect takeout for the family.

Horrible quality chicken even for a Chinese restaurant. Not even edible.

Zero stars, call in order at 1pm for 6 still not ready at 7. Avoid unless you have nothing but time to sit and wait

My all time favorite Chinese food. They have the BEST crab Rangoon and orange chicken.

We order online, and choose to pay with credit card at the counter. Last week, the proprietor added $1.09 to our credit card bill to make the tip 20% instead of the 15% I selected online. My husband picked up the order, but wasn't aware of what happened until he got home. Tried again tonight...she did the same thing. The online ordering system wouldn't let me put ZERO in the online tip amount; it wouldn't process the order. So I selected the 15% amount again. But I told my husband to watch to see if she decided to adjust our credit card payment again. She added $1.00 to make it a 20% tip. My husband called her on it. She just gave this "coy smile" as if she was unaware that what she was doing was wrong. Her husband came out to ask what was wrong and they began conversing in Chinese. My husband told her we wouldn't be ordering from them again. Their food is OK; and they raised the prices to adjust for inflation a while ago. I don't think they should be able to tack on a 20% increase as a "tip" ESPECIALLY when they are changing an online order. I'm guessing that it is not technically illegal since the charge doesn't go through until you pay with the card, and my husband could have made them adjust the entire payment before he put it on the charge card. Still...pretty sneaky. They don't deserve a 20% tip for putting food into take out containers and putting it in a bag, and handing it to you at the counter. I reserve the 20% tip range for restaurants where we are dining in and a server takes our order and brings our food, etc. My dad was a server at a restaurant for over 30 years, so I have never skimped on tipping. BUT I think it's pretty shady for someone to determine what YOU think their "service" was worth and take matters into their own hands. Oh, and this restaurant has been in business for a long time and the "oh, I don't know what American customs are" doesn't fly either.

My family has been visiting this restaurant for years. It is our “go to” place for special occasions! I absolutely love their shrimp fried rice and crab rangoon.

One of the best in this area ! Recently went under renovations , now more space available to eat inside rather it’s with family or alone . Food is always hot and fresh. Definitely a 10/5 all around.

Tasty, good quality take out Chinese. From what I've seen, much of it seems to be made from scratch & fresh produce used. Reasonably priced too. At times, parking can be a problem, not enough spaces to accommodate all the businesses. However, they have no control over

I came here thinking it was a Panda Express and high hopes when I found it was it’s own restaurant and not a chain. I ordered the chicken fried rice. Really disappointing. It was literally (bland) chicken, rice and some bean sprouts. Pretty much flavorless.

So so so sad with our take out order from here. Chicken and broccoli, chicken chow mein and Szechuan Beef had absolutely no flavor. None. The Szechuan barely had a hint of almost spice. My entire family was disappointed.

Left me on hold for literally 20 minutes then hung up on me. When I called back and asked for an explanation they said they were busy and blew me off. I'll definitely take my money

Never deliver. Food is adequate. They will not remove "delivery" in their description because sales would plummet.Parking: Mini strip of businesses, so parking isn't hard to come by.
