Ran through the drive through tonight to get a quick dinner. Got more than we ordered. Long black hair weaved through the orange chicken. Called to tell manager they may want to throw it out and make a new batch. To my surprise, was told by Crystal, there is no Manger on duty tonight. So I told her and she stated it must have been my one of our hairs. Really?????( none of us even have long black hair) I wasn't even upset or rude when speaking to her. I get things happen but now I'm angry. Definitely called corporate.

So I order a plate online orange chicken sweet and fire, on my sweet and fire I got all pineapples!! Not fair I’m so pissed

Three workers walked by me like I wasn't even there when I was in line to order. One of them could of at least said we will be right with you or something. The food was dried out and cold they do not mix the food so that it will stay warm on the steam
