One person having to serve and check people out during busy lunch hours is unacceptable. 30 people in line then they make to go orders before the people in line. Panda do better

Straight up not open when they're supposed to be. Employees just sorta stare at us pulling the locked doors at 11:30am on a Sunday. No posted sign or anything.

Double Orange fried rice. The chicken was fine but it was giving the vibe that it was a bit old. Not terrible by any stretch. Like really not bad. But it wasn't like "yeah this is great!"

The employees are stingy with soy sauce and other condiments. If you want quality food and service, visit Chick-Fil-A next door

Came here and understood that they were understaffed. But the manager did not know how to manage the line. I’ve worked fast food before but me and my family started to order and manager jumped in the line and started the next family while only my mom did her order. She clustered us and the other family. Lacks common line management

Place never has anything fresh. The little manager lady always has customers picking over leftover dried entrees. Broccoli beef is always overcooked & mushy because it just sits there. At some point just throw it away. If ur not going to cook any fresh don’t serve mushy product to a paying customer it’s just flat out disrespectful.

We ordered orange chicken for lunch (a large container and small container). The service for ordering was quick, however as we were eating we had to keep picking out pieces of chicken where we found hair. After 6 hairs found between our containers we quit eating and informed them. They stated it was apparently a cleaning brush as they’ve had numerous complaints already. Cleaning brush or human hair, neither should be an excuse or be served in food. Nothing was offered for inconvenience and we left half full, throwing out the rest of our food.
