Tried to pick up order today. Store was supposed to open at 10 am. I was outside looking in at 10:20 and they wouldn't open the door as there were multiple workers inside.

I pulled up at this place at 8 PM. They close at 9 PM. I asked them if they are going to make some more steak. The guy said no was very lazy and rude. If you don’t like this job then don’t take it. Your job is to cook the food And keep the customer satisfied.

First visit here in quite some time. It’s 8:00 Friday night. I had a dine in experience. Many of the food items looked tired and not abundant. Same story as most places. Not enough staff. Only me counter person. Two people preparing food. One person cleaning.If you have a pickup order you are low priority. They stand and wait while walk ins are handled first.My food was below average. I only came here as my first choice restaurant’s dining room is closed.

My son went in to order his food. There were two people behind my son in line, and the employees working at the time took the order of the people behind my son first. Also, they did not seem to know what a cub meal was, forgot to get him his soy sauce packets, and did not give him a fork with his to-go order.Kid-friendliness: My son, a kid, felt ignored by employees when he tried to order by himself.

We have had very good experiences with food and service. The new shrimp dish is yummy -- just enough heat. Angelina goes out of her way to make sure that orders are correct. It is clean and cheery.
