This is the best Panda Express in the city in that it is the Panda Express that is closest to me. Which means I have orange chicken relatively available to me at any time that I want which is all that I really want from a Panda Express. That being said, when they are on it they are very on it but when they are off their game they are not the greatest Panda Express in the world. I would say like you know 90% of the time. They're fantastic that other 10% a mother f***** though.
I am overall happy with this Panda Express and the service that they offer. If not for them, I wouldn't have orange chicken 10 minutes from my domicile. Orange chicken being a perennial depression meal.
And sometimes the only thing that can soothe the absolute horrors of human existence is orange chicken. Otherwise you might fall headlong into the void and never be heard from again.

Check your food before you leave. This is terrible. This is their Beijing beef idk why it’s fried hard and half covered in sauce. If I lived closer I would’ve went back. I didn’t check it until I got home.

I ordered the plate which is 2 entrees and 1 side and the cream cheese ragoon, but I always get 2 half sides. So she makes my plate I wanted both of my entrees to be the same. She put 1 scoop of chicken in one spot the the ragoon in the other. I asked that's 2 entrees she said yes. If that was 2 entrees tell me how I had more sides then I had chicken. They never put the ragoon in the container it's alway in a bag. I feel ripped off

My daughter loves Panda Express, so we had a daddy-daughter day. I took her to her favorite restaurant, and she enjoyed both herself and the food.

Completely wrong order. We were handed a bag that looked about right but when we got home it was nothing like what we'd ordered. The recipe was correct but the staff apparently don't check the orders before giving them out.
When I called to ask about it, there was no answer after multiple attempts.
I guess we'll just start checking the orders before we drive away

I placed an order online and received notification it was ready. When I arrived my order was frozen and not ready. What is going on? That should’ve been provided to me before I paid for something they DON’T have. Terrible service!!!! Hampton location.

The lobby is always closed at this location. It’s so frustrating because there’s a long drive thru line and the wait time is unbearable.
