The food that I did get was okay but I was missing my crab rangoon and I'm not familiar with the place and it was my niece's birthday and I didn't notice it until actually hours later cuz we were running around busy but when I tried to call and I called repeatedly nobody would answer so I could never even let them know that they missed my crab rangoon so there's no hope of me getting that fixed

The grilled chicken teriyaki is the only menu item worth eating here, but good luck getting it.
Our household has given this location countless chances, yet they are consistently out of the items you actually want to order—whether it’s the middle of the day or just two hours before closing.
Even worse, you’ll receive a text saying your online order is ready, only to arrive and find out it’s not prepared. Instead, you’ll be told it’ll be another 30–40 minutes before they have more food available.
Poor management and constant shortages make this Panda Express an exercise in frustration.

I’ve given this location chance after chance, through drive thru, Panda’s online ordering, and DoorDash and more than half the time they’re out of a major ingredient (I’m talking like white rice, and it’s hours before the store closes) and are not able to complete my order. Sometimes after already having taken my money. One recent time I ordered online for pickup, they didn’t have the ingredients to make our order, I asked if they could process a refund and they said they would. I asked for a receipt and they said they couldn’t provide one because I ordered online but that they’d process a refund. I waited two weeks and wound up filing a claim with my credit card company because nothing ever came through.
