The delivery service is why there are two stars. Kind, safe, thoughtful, timely. But this location screws up everything all time. Besides the numerous events of frustration, this time I ordered a caprese and it came with BBQ sauce all over it. So much I couldn't eat it. Prsto and BBQ sauce do not taste well together.. Someone clearly did not change gloves and that concerns me. Our French onion soup had no cheese, or bread.

Good place while a big wait for a bus transfer but just recently when I saw a banner outside facing Clayton Road, it said "Dining room open" and another one said "Dining room closed". I always believe in the truth because that is what God wants us to believe. I hope I am not in the wrong for mentioning the name of the Lord. But if I am, I'm sorry. If the dining room is really closed, then the sign along Clayton Road that says it's open should be taken down. If it really is open, the signs on the windows saying it's closed should be taken down. There is no room for games. The finger pointing game is going to stop and it's going to stop right now.
Don't take a tip if you are not going bring the food ordet to the table.

A few days ago I was enjoying my lunch at the Panera on Frontenac and went to the drinking station and it turned out that there were no more lemons. A very friendly lady with a trainer hat came over and even while off duty provided lemons and a wonderful caring attitude! Definitely will be coming back soon
