Priced a little high but the place is clean, employees friendly, and the food's good. I'm glad they're back open so I can sit and chill despite this covid-19 stuff! My Greek yogurt smoothie was real good!

In these days, with the coronavirus running rampant, some of the employees making my sandwiches were not wearing their masks correctly. They were not covering their noses. I pointed it out to them, and asked them to remake my sandwiches because I did not want the ones they breathed on. They complied. Then a man came into the work area with no mask or gloves on and filled a soup order. I will not be going to this location anymore, which is the Loughboro location.

Review for curbside pickup: terrible service. Arrived on time, no signage to tell you where to actually go. Send notification through the app that “we are here” and was sent to a waiting page saying we will be out shortly. Over 15 minutes later of being parked in a loading zone blocking part of the lane into what is already a horrible parking lot we finally get food. Get home and... orders wrong. Just a random sandwich in place of the one my wife ordered. Don’t put up twenty signs advertising a service of you can’t pull it off well.

Consistent and friendly Panera location. I've always had positive experiences here and appreciate their willingness to accomodate dietary preferences during ordering. The line staff have always been great when I request something as well. It would be great if they got self-service kiosks at this location so I can customize my order without holding up the line. I like that their takeout containers are mostly cardboard and more environmentally friendly than most chains.

This is my second time giving this location a chance as it's the location that delivers to my house. I want to love it because it's still called St Louis Bread Co but is definitely the worst "Panera" I've had inside and outside of STL. It tastes like cafeteria style food for old people, definitely not cafe quality. I absolutely love the tomato soup and get it every time. Today it was a watery mess, not the rich creamy goodness that I normally get. I also asked that my tuna sandwich be on tomato basil bread (see receipt) because the salt and pepper focaccia at this store is entirely too salty for consumption. It makes me wonder if the people at this location even eat the food that they make.I will not be returning, I'll just have to make the drive to Hampton where the quality is so much better and they pay attention to your order.

They messed up my order 3 times. I eventually got the right order. But I went home and had to keep going back. The only plus was the manager was extremely understanding.

Everytime I order online for delivery I regret it. The convenience is nice because I am a mom and can’t always get out, and the drivers always get there quickly, but the order is never correct. And it’s obvious that the drivers or whoever bag up the food don’t really care about detail. When you order a tub of cream cheese and get the little individual size, it’s almost too petty to call about. But there’s always something off about the order. And the food quality is never consistent. I ordered food first thing this morning when they opened up, and the food is old and not fresh. The bagel is hard like it’s days old, and the mac n cheese was dried out like it was the bottom of the pot. Really disappointing After paying $35 for 2 people to eat lunch.

My favorite location. The staff is super friendly. They always remember me and ask about my family if they are not with me. The location is clean and the service is speedy. I prefer this location to most others.

I strongly dislike this location. This Loughborough location has gotten very dirty and run down compared to other locations. The staff is rude and seems to be annoyed by any request other than the simplest order.
