Drive through order. The order was quickly taken and filled. It was correct. The worker at the window was nice. The food was correct and good. I will keep this location in mind when looking for a snack or meal.

Lack of hygiene. One worker, with a cane, cleaned the lemonade machine with the soda machine, which is very concerning. Would not go back.

I ordered the hot chai latte with a chocolate chip cookie...The cookie was hard and the latte was cold...The service was very slow...It was not the experience I was expecting...Very expectable and not worth it

I’m honestly really disappointed with the recent quality of the drinks at this Panera location—especially the Strawberry Basil Lemonade Fresca. It used to be my absolute favorite drink: refreshing, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. I would come here almost daily just to enjoy it.

However, over the past two weeks, the drink has tasted incredibly watered down. It’s lost all its flavor and now just tastes like slightly sweetened water. It’s honestly unpleasant, and it makes me really sad because this used to be a daily treat I looked forward to.

What makes this even more unfortunate is that this has always been my favorite Panera branch. The staff are genuinely kind and provide great service. But sadly, unless the drink quality improves, I’ll have to start going to a different location. I really hope management addresses this soon.

Absolutely the rudest employees work here. The “shift manager” must hate coming to work. She was the worst of them all. No signs of leadership anywhere. Nobody acknowledges you when you come into the restaurant. Customer service is not provided here. Never going back!

Wait times are the worst here you will wait 15-20 mins just for a sandwich and a coffee . Ever since they opened the service hasn’t improved.

Seriously????? Why can’t I have my drink after I have placed my order . This is literally the second time I have asked if I can just have my cup and the person working there just says it will be up with ur order. Why do I have to wait for my food to get my drink? Please explain that

This is the worst breadco… there are always missing items when you order delivery or pick up.
I ordered food last week and half my 60 dollar order was missing or covered in salt to point where it has to be thrown out. No one answered the phone and when you write online they give you a 2 dollar off coupon for 35 worth of food.
