Absolutely the rudest employees work here. The “shift manager” must hate coming to work. She was the worst of them all. No signs of leadership anywhere. Nobody acknowledges you when you come into the restaurant. Customer service is not provided here. Never going back!

Seriously????? Why can’t I have my drink after I have placed my order . This is literally the second time I have asked if I can just have my cup and the person working there just says it will be up with ur order. Why do I have to wait for my food to get my drink? Please explain that

This is the worst breadco… there are always missing items when you order delivery or pick up.
I ordered food last week and half my 60 dollar order was missing or covered in salt to point where it has to be thrown out. No one answered the phone and when you write online they give you a 2 dollar off coupon for 35 worth of food.

I was disappointed; the order was completely wrong. I came back for them to fix it. The manager, I believe Alice‘s name, only partially fixed the order, and after I waited twice, half an hour, she said, "I can redo it for you." Very unprofessional. Never again in my life; I’m going to go there. It’s shameful that you pay $50 for lunch and they’re not able to put one sandwich in one soup together in one bag and do they care if you complain as a customer absolutely not I would suggest you to close that location completely!

Vanessa was very kind and patient with me. I had rewards for a free treat. Every time I added it to my cart and went to checkout the price went up. She helped me understand that the price went up because it hadn't charged me tax yet.
My only criticism with this location is I wish there were more soft chairs or benches to read or do school work. I'd spend hours here at a time.

I always order delivery from here. My son loves the cookies. This order however the cookies were installed in a brown bag, no individual wraps, no protection, the bag wasn't even folded to give the appearance of cleanliness. I don't know if gloves were used. I paid $9.99 for 4 cookies we won't eat because they were just thrown into a bag. If you nolonger use a box or individual wrappers, at least close the bag before you deliver it. I'm not paying or eating $10.00 cookies just thrown in a open bag.

Went through the drive through- told me I had a free meal on my perks- turns out it’s instead spend $10 buy one get one free. Ordered a smoothie and they do the same thing every time- you pay $20 for your kids sized portions and the smoothie comes out no where near the top. Manager lady hands it to me and I look confused- she looks deer in headlights back?? I’m like yeah this is just really not filled… says nothing. What even is this place anymore.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I went through the drive through today to get some soup and a bit of food. When I got my food, I checked to make sure it was all there. I noticed my soup was missing. I then told the cashier that my soup was missing in which she responded. Are you sure it’s not in there. I said I’m pretty sure, and she had me look again, so I emptied the whole bag in my car because she didn’t believe me. To which then she went to get the soup handed to me with no response.

I then made sure I had the correct size of soup because it seemed small to which the manager I’m assuming got snippy with me and decided to show me both sizes. The service here was rude. And they didn’t even fill it up.
