Pretty standard experience to most Panera's, never had any issues with food or service but why does the internet always have to suck on the weekends? I come here to do work and study, its super frustrating to get settled in with food and drink only to have agonizingly slow connection speeds. Probably fine if your just doing emails or writing, but anything else makes me want to slam my head against a brick wall.
Great experience this day.

Foods usually decent but they take an incredibly long time, specifically this location. Also are not particularly friendly. :/

It is just me, or is eating for two getting more expensive than a sit down restaurant here?

We ordered our food ahead and (Amber) who processed our order on 12/19 was very rude and disrespectful. My new born child was in the back seat and her mom just had a simple request to her bread sliced and she was very dismissive. We even shared it with the manger (Annie or Anne). She didn’t seem to really be to concerned which made it more frustrating. I can literally get bread and soup anywhere. Hopefully this can be escalated and to be honest I’m not even looking for a discount. But maybe an apology from both of them would be nice.

truly terrible experience.. the service was horrible and the last quite literally talked shit about me to her coworkers because she didn’t hear my answer to her question. I mobile ordered and it took 40 minutes to even start being prepared. such a negative experience.

Not sure who is baking the bagels at this location now, but they're making the asiago bagels wrong and they don't fit in our toaster now. An entire bagel pack of asiago bagels all looking the same.

Terrible atmosphere. Homeless people all over the store harassing young girls. Food service is terrible. I ordered a bread sliced bagle and the woman sliced it horizontally, then re-sliced it (the same bagel!) so I had nothing but crumbs.

Do not order online from this location. The last 3 orders we had delivered were missing items. Their answer is to refund just the missing item and not receive what's missing. This time an entire $15 sandwich missing. Last time was a 1/2 sandwich from you pick two. Time before that was soup. Eli, and bread Co, do better. The French Dipper sandwich was checked off but not in the bag. Was told he'd refund the entire order and only refunded the sandwich. I have the flu and have no dinner, because my food was not in the bag.

Panera has gone so downhill and it’s so disappointing to be where the headquarters is and have a 30 + min wait for food with poor service.
Thanks for the 3/4 way of my bowl of soup. It wasn’t full like it normally is.

Jazmin R, Nani, and Bri provided me with excellent service and made me giggle. The food was hot and ready and they had butter. I loved the cozy atmosphere, give all of them a raise for their hard work, dedication and the love of their job. 10/10 would come again.

They play their music way too loud. I thought this was a bistro not a club. People get loud trying to hear each other over the music and its very hard to concentrate when trying to do schoolwork or hear during zoom meetings.
