Didn't get the full order delivered. Called twice. They hung up the phone both times after being on hold 5 minutes.

Ordered a bread bowl. Got a cup.

Only a 3 star because of pricing. Absolutely ridiculous. The half a sandwich and soup combo is laughable. The 2 with a small bag of chips for $15?? The sandwich itself I'm sure isn't even 4inches. The amount of meat that comes on the cheese steak chibatta should be criminal. There's literally NOTHING on there. So sane person is eating here on the regular. There's no way. You aren't getting any value whatsoever for your money. I can go in the grocery store and buy and entire steak for $15. Do t quote me on that, lol. But you understand what I'm saying!

Love the convenience of the drive through. Coupling it with the app and I can get my breakfast and coffee in a jiffy!

I used to love Bread Co, but since COVID the prices have become unreasonably high for what you get. The food quality has gone downhill, and mistakes with orders or missing items have become far too common. It’s disappointing to see how much this place has declined.

I ordered the broccoli cheddar soup and was shocked to find that both the bowl and spoon were visibly dirty - as if they had just been rinsed with water but not actually washed. On top of that, I ordered hot tea, but the “hot water” at the drink station was not even warm. I had to give up and get a cold drink instead. Worst of all, I had to wash the spoon myself using the lukewarm water and a napkin.
This level of cleanliness and service is unacceptable. I expect much better from a place like Panera. Never coming back to this location
I understand if someone forgot to change the water but bro, the cleanliness is the most important in food

Yolanda is a joy. She was kind when taking my order and making casual conversation and overall very welcoming! She is a good front face to this location!

Bagels were fine, but I miss the cream cheese selection Bread Co used to have. And bring back the Cobblestone!! I know it's been almost a decade but I miss it

The service was really nice. Ayanna S. was super great. She went above what she had to, to my mom happy. I really appreciate it.

Very clean! One of the better St. Louis Bread Co in the area in terms of food and atmosphere. Service was a little slow, but we were there at lunch time.

I don't go here very often anymore because they took away my favorite sandwich, the asiago roast beef. Nowadays, I typically go with someone else. While I miss the asiago roast beef sandwich, the food I get is usually very good and the serving sizes are plentiful. On my last visit, many of the tables were dirty or had crumbs scattered about which was a little disappointing. But the food quality has always been good and once we found a clean table, we enjoyed our visit.
