Great place. Great people
Good customer service from the employees. My chicken sandwich had chicken cartilage in it šš¾. Thatās a first from any Panera bread . Hence the 3 stars. Not a fan of the area, and itās carry-out only.
Women working the front 5/19 had amazing customer service and were very helpful. Kudos
No dine in
I waited 20 minutes for two pieces of bread and what should have been avocado toast, but was a few pieces of avocado chopped and loose in the container. Not a spread.
So disappointed.
The people who work here are so kind and seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs. They take excellent care of everyone and the food is always amazing! I havenāt been a fan of Panera for a while because of the higher prices and lower quality food but I started coming here because itās close to my work and I have not been disappointed!
I love Panera and needing a place to sit and work I often find myself in one. Being said I do not know what exactly is up with this location. First there is no place to sit it's a take out only (which I wish I would have had prior knowledge of this) which would have saved me time if it would have been posted on here. The food was ok. It tasted ok but not anything special. The service well it was hectic and I'm not sure how busy this location is on a daily basis but it looked to me like a mixture of being busy and overwhelmed management and staff. But overall I did get my food and it wasnt to long of a wait. Overall for me the whole take your food and get really kills it for me, it's not the thought or vision I have when thinking of Panera.
Bagels looked dry. 830 am they run out of half of the varieties of bagels. Peoples food just sitting. No one except for a young lady with dreads acknowledged customers or delivery drivers at the counter lining up. They throw bagels in the bags. Literally toss them after slicing. Please do better panera.
Update. It seemed to be a staffing issue. Their delivery driver was missing for like 30 min.
They must be understaffed and the wait has to be outrageous because I had one door dash driver cancel, then I got a driver reassigned (at this point ab 25 min have passed) before the order was cancelled.
Edit: looked at other reviews and it might not be quantity thatās the problem here, but incompetence

It's not near as good as when it was saint louis bread company.
We really never go anymore because we've been so dissatisfied. The ham isn't the same. The Rye bread isn't the same. The caramel sticky rules aren't the same at all. So disappointing. Still looking for a good bagel company.
