Ordered online using the rapid pickup option. When I arrived, my order was not yet ready-which was a problem. The lady working the counter didn't acknowledge or greet me, so I figured I'd sit and wait for my order... except there was no place to sit bc they built a huge wall blocking off the guest seating area so people can no longer sit and enjoy their meal. So I walked back to the shelves where my "rapid order" was supposed to be, only to be told in a very rude way that I would have to pay for the cup of coffee that I came into the store with. That was my 'welcome to Bread Co' greeting-basically being accused of stealing. I cancelled my order and left. No wonder they're going out of business.

The staff at lunch today went above and beyond to take care of customers. Shelia treated me like a guest in her own home. Remembered my name, was prompt and attentive and corrected a mistake in my order with the best attitude.

Although not having a real lobby is an inconvenience, the lady who worked the front counter was full of energy and treated us well. She was well organized with the orders as she managed walk in customers like myself and all of the delivery apps effortlesslyVegetarian options: They have multiple options across the board for vegetarian dinners from should and sandwiches, salad and warm profited bowls. Great selection of sweet treats and beverages.... although they should switch to coke products

I really love the friendly, caring, and professional staff, and the food never disappoints!Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options, and any salad or sandwich can be changed to be vegan.If you eat cheese, there's pizza and mac & cheese, and they usually have at least one vegetarian soup.Parking: Even during lunch rush times there're usually some parking right in front and there's always plenty of parking close by in the building parking lots.

I had to call corporate on them three times. They don't greet you when you walk in and they gave me spoiled food once. They have terrible attitudes. I will not recommend this place for service.

This used to be a great place to go have a lunch during the week. Now it is pretty much for carry-out only. They had a dining room, but now there is just a wall. So, you walk in and all you can do is order and leave. The customer service was very bad here. The workers behind the counter were just chatting away and not even looking at customers. I think the assumption is that you use the kiosk ordering and not actually have to interact with patrons. Would not recommend this place at all now.
After we ordered, they let us know that there is no restaurant available, even though you can clearly see it through the windows. No restaurant. No restroom. No explanation. I would’ve gone to a different Panera or restaurant had I known.

They are horrible I called to advise them that when I ordered on grubhub that the option for my bagels it wasn't a option for bread sliced, and I called the restaurant and the person that answered hung up on me. Horrible customer service won't be ordering from here anymore.
