Ordered 1 LG stuffed crust online in the parking lot at 6:24 PM. Went in 3 times to ask about it. First time, they said sorry, we had to recook it. 2nd time, oh 10 minutes. I asked if he could bring it outside when it was finished. He said YES. Again I go in at 7 :48 PM . Pizza is done and sitting on the rack. Luke warm! SMH I would not recommend ordering from this location on Union

They outsource delivery to Door dash and our order was not getting picked up. I don't use Door dash or Uber eats for a reason, and I didn't agree to it when ordering from here.

We ordered a pizza online. I checked three times to make sure I set the pickup time for 6:00 p.m. either somehow that got reset to ASAP or I kept reading the number wrong. Either way, the GM reached out to me and offered to take off half the purchase price since the pizza sat for an hour. In my eyes, this goes way above and beyond. They truly care about the customer, and I really love that.
Because of this we will order more pizza here soon and I'm leaving a great review.

The pizza was average PaPa Johnās. Their ordering line was useless unless you can speak some foreign language that I couldnāt identify. It was totally impossible to order a stuffed crust pizza. I told the guy three times what I wanted and he still got it wrong! Is a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza really that hard! Hopefully they got rid of that ordering service. The manager is always totally unfriendly. Iāve never seen him smile. If he doesnāt enjoy his job, get another!

I cannot give the pizza I ordered Any stars! Worst pizza I ever had. The crust was barely baked, it was closer to raw dough. DISGUSTING!! I will never order from this location again, and I would advise no one order either.

Very disappointed in Papa Johnās on Union Rd 63125 right now, spent almost $50 here just for 1 of the items to be a total disappointment. DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER THE PAPA BOWLS!!!ā¦. It is certainly not worth $8.49 and The Managerās excuse was how the company is cutting back on portion size which was clear unfortunately but that was very disappointing to know about the portion size cut back but not the price. I kindly reminded him that I am aware that he is making excuses and its horrible experience and unfairness and to just give me a refund please which he proceeded to inform me how long it will take. Honestly, The paper thin Papa Bowl should have been $3.
