The general manager at Papa John's Kent is outstanding! He went above and beyond to fix an issue with my order. Great customer service and professionalism make this my go-to Papa John's location.

I drove to the store to pick up my order. The guy at the counter asked my name. I gave it to him. I was told they didn’t have an order for that name. I figured I called the wrong store. Unfortunately I left my phone at home. So I drove back home to get the phone and found out that I was at the right store. So I had to go back to that store and tell them my name again. They had my last name correct, but instead of Chad , they had it as Chen. Which is close enough that he should have caught it the first time I was there. So I finally got the food home to find out they forgot a topping in the pizza, but were still charged for it. These are lazy mistakes that shouldn’t happen.

The one at Gravois and Loughborough show me they would only deliver I couldn't pick one up I asked him to deliver it to me in their parking lot and they watch me out the window as people went in and out the store Friends of the employees and left my pizza sit there for over an hour and then finally brought it out to me and wanted to charge me full price for this cold nasty Pizza no thanks never again

Fast food pizza is a 5-star for taste and quality. I don't agree with all 7+ workers not having any gloves or hair coverings while handling the food (from prepping dough, applying toppings, cooking, boxing, etc). I even watched a worker handling the dough scratch his greasy, sweaty hair multiple times while waiting on my food. When I asked why no one had gloves on and pointed out the employee touching their hair, I was told, "It's their protocol" and that "the oven gets really hot." This has been the "protocol" I've seen on more than one occasion.Kid-friendliness: Extremely small lobby, not much room to bring anyone extra in with you, but you could if you needed to!Wheelchair accessibility: They do have an option where they can bring your food out to you! Unsure about a handicap parking space though.
This place sucks! Do yourself a favor and order from somewhere else!!

Was hopeful to have a good experience even though the reviews were not good.The bread sticks look like deformed alien legs and the pizza was super greasy and could hardly hold it up.Needless to say...yeah... definitely won't be getting anything else from here.
Food was not good tonight. 10-15 minutes late and disappointing. Staff had no urgency and were on their phones instead of helping customers. Not only was our pizza late past the estimated ready time, it sat on the shelf for 5 minutes while we were ignored by the cashier/staff. Cheesesticks were burnt on the bottom and this pizza is comical. Horrible half and half offering.

All normal except the crust is burnt, the pizza wasn't cut fully or evenly. The complimentary peppers looks gross! One of them was just the stem! The butter was upside down leaking into the box. Literal grown men and they completely failed at their jobs!
