I said really okay thinking I called the wrong papa johns I looked the number up it was the number I had just called the papa papa johns that delivers to my home so I called back she put me on hold then told me that there was a guy name Ronnie that lives here that they don't deliver to I was confused I been living here and prderior food from here and so has Lonnie not Ronnie so when did he become not able to order from any store ? I asked for the boss I was told I am the boss I asked for her name her name was Shannon she lied to me because she didn't want to take more orders and make the money for the company and then tried to lie again telling me she had the wrong address no ma'am you did not because you repeated it back to me I won't be ordering from here anymore who lies about not delivering to a address they have delivered to before so dissatisfied and disappointed papa John's in Virginia is the best papa I have ever had

Extremely rude when I called in to place an order. I asked about their specials and they kept yelling at me to go online like they didn't even want to take my order or talk to me. So I took my business ejsewhwr. Wow incredibly rude.

The only problem I have is the timing. Close to early. Other then that they provide good food!! I have a lady I consider family! Always been really nice to me! Thank you

It seems like service is going down the food is just okay as of late. Service is alright if you do carry out the problem I've had is that the last to times I've fo e delivery I've been asked to pick It up because they're backed up. If I wanted to do carry out I wouldn't go online and set up delivery, no the less I've had to go out and pick up. The compensation for my inconvenience was 5 dollars of a 46 dollar bill and an offer of a cookie. They need to step it up and do better.

WORST STORE IN ST LOUIS!!

I placed an online order 45 minutes before they stopped accepting delivery orders. They accept the order. I watch it go from being made, boxed up, and delivering. Two hours later at 2:45 am, my order is unexpectedly cancelled. No call. I pull up my email and see that it went from "delivering" to "cancelled".

Called them at 8:50 PM on a Friday night. A worker answered the phone and said "Papa John's we're closed." And hung up. Trash trash trash.

Food was supposed to be ready in 15-20 and it took them 55 minutes. The worst part is, they didn't even apologize for the poor service. I was in a rush so left without checking, then I got home and they didn't give me my sauces. Will not be returning to this location anytime soon.

Ordered online at 9:15 pm on a Saturday. Was then called and had order cancelled stating they close at 9pm despite everything saying they have a midnight closing time on saturdays.

Almost everytime I call my call is disconnected in midorder. Either train your staff better or hire more staff. Will never order from the south grand location again.

For those of you that doesn't know that this is a corporate location now you know so , any problems you have with this location you can contact corporate immediately. Their home store where the district manager is located is on union rd which is the reavis barracks exit on hwy 55 south , I'm a former employee of this location I was a delivery driver and the general manager was brad parker and after brad parker left this location and went to the Laclede location by SLU Laurie took over. But Laurie also left and this location seem to gain several bad reviews immediately after these two general managers left , I just called this location and the lady that answered the phone was talking really slow and sounded like she's having sinus problems. I was making $7.25 an hour plus tips when I worked there in 2006 not sure if anything changed but regardless of the pay my customers came first no matter what to hell with a tip I was hspoy to be employed. My point is these drivers seem to forget that they agreed to the available pay rate so why take it out on your customers ? Tips aren't mandatory they're a privilege no customer is or should be obligated to pay a driver a tip especially when the food is late or cold , the driver is rude , the driver boldly ask for a tip as if they deserve it. Its the employer job to pay all of their employees well therefore none of their employees working in these restaurants will expect a tip. One last thing stop paying with credit cards and start paying in cash call ahead of time and find out what the full total is and have that amount when the driver comes. The worst thing to do is ask a driver if they have change for a $20 or any amount of money if your order is around $15 they're expecting a $5 tip instead of being grateful they received $2 or $3 something is always better than nothing at all. If you call the store there's a greeting that plays that tells the customers to tip the drivers how about you deliver my food on time , while its still hot and my order is correct then we can talk about a tip but there's no guarantee anyone is tipping a late driver that not only delivered cold food but the order is completely wrong. Get it together and pay your employees well and hire more drivers because the main problem when I worked there was not having enough drivers I was pissed that I had to drive all the way across town delivering pizza out of my direction I got pulled over for speeding lol he saw I was on a delivery and let me go thank God.

It cost me $22 plus a $4 tip to the driver so $26 for one medium cheese pizza and some cinnamon things. Papa John's is not the best pizza in the world and I will never order that from them again. They are ripping people off on a daily basis. Even their own employees.
