On 12/21/25 I placed an online order for a large pizza and a 2 liter bottle of Pepsi Zero. I left directions for the order to be left at the door and knock. The driver did not knock. When I discovered my order I found a cold pizza with a 20 oz bottle of Dr. Pepper. At 3:45 I called the store. The person I spoke with said they would be sending a driver shortly with the soda. An hour and 15 minutes later the soda never showed up. I called the store again at 5:01. The manager Adam refuses to send the bottle of soda. He claims there are only two employees in the store that ge has no delivery drivers for the evening. He stated that I could come to the store to pick up the soda -- even after paying a $4.99 delivery fee. I ended up filing a complaint on the app regarding the issues with my order and requesting a full refund.
On 12/24 I received an email from Dylan. He 'hopes that I give them a chance to correct this.' He further states that his team 'doesn't not take these issues lightly.' He included a phone number with an invitation to call or respond to the email to further discuss the issues.
On 12/29 I tried calling Dylan. The number he provided in the email did not work. I responded to his email. As of 1/4/26 I have not received a refund or a response from Dylan.
I will be following up with the corporate office. I hope I don't have to end up disputing the charge. The complete lack of customer service is unacceptable.

Do not waste your money! Their topping portions are a scam. We ordered a chicken pizza and maybe had 3 pieces of chicken on the whole pizza. Total waste of money!

The employee did not seem to care not even an apology. Will never return there

They are definitely over worked and short staffed I waited almost an hour past the eta for my pizza. Door dashers in and out make it hard for a normal customer to be noticed. Definitely have to speak up if you want service.

Why does every Papa John's just operate with just 1 single worker inside and nobody else? I always feel like I have to wait at least 5 minutes for delivery orders. They're never just ready.

Not 1 good review in years. How are they still in business? The last 3 times there has been hair on my pizza. We’re not just talking about a little. There’s multiple layers of hair. It looked like this is their recipe. Dough,hair, sauce, hair cheese, hair and toppings with more hair. What makes it so much worse is you don’t see anyone reaching out from papa John’s and asking what happened or how they can resolve the issue. That proves without a doubt that they don’t care about their customers at all. That’s alarming to me because if they’re slacking that much how clean do you think their store is? I’d be afraid to see. I don’t see how they’re still in business to be honest.

had some choppy service from this store in the passed, but they seem to be under new managment. the manager named adam went out of his way to make sure my food was cooked to perfection and nothing was missing the food was also done in a very timely manner as they were very busy! Give Adam the manager a raise! much desereved! kyle was also very helpful too.
I should have read the reviews. I ordered extra pepperoni, but there were maybe one piece per slice, there was very little sauce if any at all. Very bland doughy pizza. I will not order from Papa John’s again, What a waste of money.

Placed an order to be picked up at 5:45. Arrived at 5:45 to be told the pizza was still “on the make line”. Wait around till 6:03 when they call my name and hand me an order they pulled out of the over 10 min earlier.
Staff clearly has no desire to be there and puts no effort into their job.

Second time ordering from this Papa John's and second time disappointed. First time my pizza was all to one side like it had been dropped on the floor. Second time they didn't even spread the toppings around they all were in the middle. Come on guys ypu pay $40 for pizza nowadays take wome damn pride!

I spent $150 and this was the WORST experience buying pizzas. I waited an hour in the front of the store after my app told me my order was ready. I even left with 1 pizza short on my order because of how slow they are. Waiting in the front of the store is a nightmare, so silent and awkward as hell! The manager is a jerk and does not help the front cashier or do anything to hustle orders up. The workers are slow but seem like nice kids but they have no direction or hustle to get orders right or on time. (poorly trained) Pizza was not cooked all the way and worst papa johns pizza ive had in a long time. Do not waste your money order from another location or IMOS/Dominoes.

If i could give 0 I would. I am not one to give bad reviews but delivery from here is terrible. I ordered a pizza for delivery and was quoted 30 to 40 minutes. 2 hours later I was contacted by door dash telling me the order was canceled (by me which it was not). We had two other similar experiences within the past 2 months.
