Placed an order to be picked up at 5:45. Arrived at 5:45 to be told the pizza was still “on the make line”. Wait around till 6:03 when they call my name and hand me an order they pulled out of the over 10 min earlier.
Staff clearly has no desire to be there and puts no effort into their job.
Second time ordering from this Papa John's and second time disappointed. First time my pizza was all to one side like it had been dropped on the floor. Second time they didn't even spread the toppings around they all were in the middle. Come on guys ypu pay $40 for pizza nowadays take wome damn pride!
I spent $150 and this was the WORST experience buying pizzas. I waited an hour in the front of the store after my app told me my order was ready. I even left with 1 pizza short on my order because of how slow they are. Waiting in the front of the store is a nightmare, so silent and awkward as hell! The manager is a jerk and does not help the front cashier or do anything to hustle orders up. The workers are slow but seem like nice kids but they have no direction or hustle to get orders right or on time. (poorly trained) Pizza was not cooked all the way and worst papa johns pizza ive had in a long time. Do not waste your money order from another location or IMOS/Dominoes.
If i could give 0 I would. I am not one to give bad reviews but delivery from here is terrible. I ordered a pizza for delivery and was quoted 30 to 40 minutes. 2 hours later I was contacted by door dash telling me the order was canceled (by me which it was not).
We had two other similar experiences within the past 2 months.
I can't talk on the food because I had to cancel my order. Did an online order and arrived when me order should have been finished. Drove out to pick it up and it hadn't even been started. looked around and there were at least 12 customers waiting on orders. Place looks dirty and unmaintained. Felt bad for the cashier b/c the manager was hiding. Had to go through a couple employees before he came out to refund my money.
Order got canceled and I can only assume it's cause I was gonna tip in cash. This is why I don't use doordash, they pick and choose who they deliver too.
Not Worth It. Disappointed.
I seriously regret choosing Papa John’s this time. The pizza was such a letdown—barely any tomato sauce, which made it dry and bland. For almost $30 for two pizzas (not including the time and gas it took to drive there), it’s just not worth it. Definitely won’t be coming back any time

I picked up an order Sunday from this location and I can not say enough bad things. First of all the foul language is uncalled for. As I waited a good 20 minutes for my order the young boys kept using profanity.......they would stop working, to tell their story and at one point one wiped his nose with his BARE hands and continued pressing the dough. GROSS!!!!!!! The young lady up front was no better. She was on her phone, going through her wallet and did not want to assist customers.
Everything sucks pizza place customer service delivery everything don’t order anything from here.We wait almost two hours to get our pizza .Wow
dont even expect to get it, id review the taste but i just dont have it, its been almost 2 hours

Let me explain to you why I have to give this restaurant a 1 star review. I ordered Papa Johns tonight from this store around 5:13pm. Around 6:45 I began getting frustrated and got into contact with the door dash driver Papa Johns hired. The door dash driver was fully transparent telling me they were slammed and that my order wasn't even put in the oven yet. This upset me because the website gave a significantly shorter estimated time for delivery. I called the store and canceled my order and the manager was very nice. A couple minutes later when as I'm coming through other pizza places around me, a notification pops up saying my order is on the way. So I call back and they assure me my orders been canceled. The pizza ends up arriving and my mother takes it so I cancel my search of other pizza and am pleased by the fact I've also gotten a refund, if it were to end there than you wouldn't be getting this review. My brothers pizza which was asked to specifically be light cheese has the most cheese of it all (he hates cheese) but we settled with it knowing I'd already been issued a refund. So as I'm eating my pizza (which has a stuffed crust) I noticed one of the pieces appears to have more crust than the others, I pull it off as the last piece I'm gonna eat in this sitting and notice raw dough which disgusts me. This is honestly the worst experience I've ever had with a restraint and with the quality of food that was given to me is a serious safety concern in terms of my health. They should honestly go out of business with this type of service. Please, just get dominos or imos. I hope I don't get a food Bourne illness from this and if I do this will be my documentation
I ordered pizza at 5pm. Delivery was for 5:30. At 7:30 we still had not received the pizza. Called and canceled and manager was RUDE and hung up on me. Unacceptable
Ordered online for pickup, they said will be ready in 20 minutes; arrived there on time, and waited one more hour to cancel my order( hopefully their refund process is fast), because I was number 133 and the number they were still working on 87(after 1.20min wait)…
Couple very young boys working on back with no hats or anything to protect the food from hair(they all have long hair!!!!)… very disappointed, and never going to back!!
Just say the right time, since you guys backed up.. it’s totally fine, so we can look for different options… but not still taking phone orders and telling people 20-25 minutes… when more than 20 people stayed in line to pick up their order…omg!!!
Always friendly. Food hot and ready.
All the topping were dumped in center , all the bacon was on one piece .
