Loved this place. Unfortunately, went there last night for dinner only to find out that it was closed.

Everything they make is great. Pizza, burgers, salads and pasta. The Meatball Parma appetizer is super.

We went there for a birthday party, and I thought it seemed small to host a party. I was wrong. It turned out to be the right size and location for all attending. The food catered by Brian and his staff was very good across the board. The beer and wine selection was awesome and the whole vibe was a nice neighborhood, chilled out place.

Bang for your St. Louis buck. I specify St. Louis due to the Provel-laden pizza. IF you're a Provel lover, you'll probably like it. Not the best in town, but a very good version, for sure. We also had a couple of house salads, which were also very good, and pretty big. Add to that a Warsteiner Dunkel, efficient and friendly service, a casual atmosphere and you have a definite winner. What takes it to the next level, though, are the prices. Most beers are just $3 and they've got a great selection. The salads were $3, too. Cheaper than Applebees. This is a fine place to bring the kids, too. I can't really explain why it was so easy to get a table on a Saturday night, I just know I'll be back.

Cozy neighborhood restaurant with an emphasis on Italian food and on craft beer. I had the eggplant parmesan, paired with fettucine alfredo -- very tasty. The fried ice cream was a filling dessert. My companions came along to drink beer. They were pleased with the beer selection, which is posted on a chalkboard above the bar. Extra points for a very nice tiled bathroom.

Mmmmmmmm Provel cheese, I have missed you! Loved the pizza here. Great tasting STL style pizza. I loved it. I am pretty sure I ate almost an entire pie myself. Good beers. Newcastle on draft. I would definitely recommend coming here for the pizza. I didn't try the other food but I will go back and try something else at some point. Prices are very reasonable. They have some pastas that sound damn good so I will have to try those next time.

I really debated on giving that fifth star but what is there not to like about this place, first of all when you walk in the door, you feel welcomed. The staff is friendly, without being creepy, made me feel comfortable and welcome. The beer prices are very reasonable, along with a great selection. The food is awesome, I haven't had a bad meal there yet, try the eggplant parm, WOW. So, if you're in the Benton Park area, or even if you're in Chesterfield, Get down there its worth the ride, just to be able to go to a place, that your second time in, they remember you, from your first.

We have a winner! I would like to announce the recipient of the first ever James Gandolfini Memorial Award for Atsa Meal! Parma Grill and Tap doesn't seem to have much of a history. It doesn't even have a website. However, tonight Parma made two new fans. At first glance, the establishment is nothing special. It gives no true appearance of being an Italian restaurant, aside from being poorly lit. Past reviews have proclaimed Parma a dive bar. I wouldn't go that far, but there's nothing special about the backdrop. What Parma lacks in personality is made up by the prices, portions, and flavor. We started off with the wings, and the waitress said that they were huge. I had no idea what we were getting. "Huge" doesn't cut it. These babies were mammoth! For eight dollars, we got five whole chicken wings, three jerk and two lemon garlic pepper. We were feeling full before the main course arrived! The portions didn't get any smaller when the main course made its grand entrance. In fact, they got bigger! My wife had the fettucini alfredo, and she proclaimed it the best that she had ever tried. As for me, my spaghetti with meatballs costed nine dollars, and it was large enough to feed a group of three. And the size didn't take away from the taste. The gravy had a nice zing, and I left enough on the plate for both lunch and dinner tomorrow! Atsa two more meals! Check out Parma Grill and Tap! Cheap, large, good eats and a great staff!

This place needs some fine-tuning, but it's not related to the quality of food or passion of the owner. the owner actually waited on us and everything was really good. Seafood (Fruti di Mar) Ravioli, Sausage & Peppers appetizer (think salsiccia patty, sauteed red / yellow peppers, and wonderful red sauce), salads...all the portions were large and the food was delicious. Decent but abbreviated and inexpensive wine list. I found the service to be a lil slow, but not overly. I'll be back for sure.

Returned to Parma last night. *sigh* I have such high hopes for this place, I really do. The food, once again, is amazing. The prices are fair. Excellent beer choices. But please, please, please higher some more people. Last night the only person working the dining room, and apparently the out door area, was the bartender. She told to people that they "lost a cook" so everything is taking longer than normal. Ok, but why then do I have to ask for a glass of water three times? Why does it take 15 minutes for us to be noticed? And why then are the tables left un-bussed or un-clean. C'mon guys...get it together. The cheese sticks are amazing. The tortellini was great, although I prefer mine just a bit more al dente'. The meat ball sandwich was wonderful. Just higher some people. Oh, and figure out what the deal is with the temperature in there. Because it was not crazy busy, it was not 100 decrees outside, and it was still very warm inside. I have to give this place one last chance....because I have a coupon I can't pass up. I'll update then. (Keeping my fingers crossed for a full staff.)
