I hate to say a place was horrible based off one experience but I don't plan on going back so I will, just share my experience. It was kinda of late for dining, 830ish and my food was ok, the meatballs were pretty good but pasta wasnt. My wifes however wasn't even edible, the sauce was broken and burnt, it was so bitterci couldn't get the taste out of my mouth, we waited for the waitress to come back and check on us but she didnt, My wife ended up walking out of the restaurant while I waited for bill, the waitress finally came back and saw my wifes untouched plate and just handed me check and walked away without saying a word. I was so disappointed.

Everything was delicious as always. We got the zucchini sticks, toasted ravioli, fish and chips, fish sandwich, and chicken with fettuccine alfredo.

The dishes are great, cheesy, and better than Olive garden. The only complaint if that ever some of the sauces are oily.
Also, never order the chicken fettuccini; order fettuccini Alfredo and add chicken. It's cheaper and in my opinion has a better sauce.

I’ve been to this location several times and it’s pretty much always good. Their to go ordering is terrible. Everytime i’ve ordered online i haven’t gotten rolls, foods been cold, and just last night i was cutting into my chicken and there was a skewer in the middle of it. It’s a good thing i didn’t give it to my kid. Called them to let them know and someone picked up the phone and then ended the call.
Wow has this place taken an awful turn for the worse. First of all it was empty and now I know why. We arrived 5:15. Ordered 5:20. Salads and bread not delivered until 6:00. Salad had almost no dressing on it. I ordered fish and thee waitress said it no longer comes with salad. It’s a $5 upcharge. I said fine. When the salad finally comes it’s basically served in a ramekin. It was about 4 bites. No more artichoke in it either. Very very cheap way of charging so much and getting almost nothing. Daughter wanted a child fettuccine. She’s 15. They said to order a kids meal it’s a $4 up charge. Ridiculous. It’s the same size food. Costs the store nothing and we have done this forever with all the kids who don’t eat a lot. Fish finally comes and zero taste. I mean zero. They forgot to put the sauce on it. After complaining to the manager they bring some cold lumpy lemon sauce as opposed to remaking it fresh. Couldn’t eat it. Father got spaghetti to replace his terrible pasta pesto and both were awful. It’s sad when these used to be great places take such a steep decline. The restaurant is not going to survive.
