Thanks for the OVER PRICED BLOODY WINGS! 🤮🤮🤮
Wildly disappointed. I'm surprised by the great reviews. I've never had Italian food that uses processed cheese food - white American cheese. We went on a Friday evening at dinner time and the place was empty except for us and one couple. We quickly discovered why.
We are from out of town and wanted to try toasted raviolis. They claimed to have the best. I mean - their NAME is Pasta House... We ordered 18 of them for $19. They were over $1 each, which would be fine if they were good. They weren't. They were tough and flavorless. None of us could identify what they're filled with. I thought it might be a mushroom paste because it was brownish with no flavor. But we never did figure it out. 5 of us ate half of them.
We ordered artichoke dip - we ate almost none of it. I tried. It was disgusting and full of processed cheese food. Literally inedible as it turned into a big lump of disgusting goo in your mouth.
We ordered calamari. Another disappointment. Giant, flavorless undercooked rings.
We ordered zucchini. It was overcooked and tasted like flour.
We ordered fettuccine Alfredo. The Alfredo sauce was very obviously straight out of a bottle.
The check was over $100 and we left hungry.
The servers were very nice.

Very disappointed. It's been a while since we have been to a pasta house. Went expecting unlimited salad.Nope. they don't do that anymore. A single salad doesn't even come with the entrée. I won't be back. Olive Garden or Rigazzis is better. At least you get unlimited bread, which you also do not get at Pasta House.

Went in on a Sunday for lunch. Was seated by one of the servers and given water. I waited over 40 minutes without anyone coming over to take the order. They were busy when we arrived, but even people cleared out and business slowed we were still ignored. I work for a nearby hotel, so I’ll be sure to share this experience with our clients when they need recommendations.

Small location. Unfortunately they were short staffed so the wait was over an hour just for the food. It extended into the longest dinner and I was just ready to go. Sadly we overheard some of the staffs snarky comments from behind the wall after I asked about our food at almost the hour mark. Not a place I'd revisit but the food was good. Had the manager acknowledged the inconvenience of an over hour long wait with two little ones I would have reconsidered going back. Total of 2 and a half hours to get in, eat, and get out. I expected an hour,
maybe, with the 3 tables that were when we arrived.
Kid-friendliness: The booths are flimsy so if you have kids don't sit in a booth. It will annoy the person next to you until you are overstimulated.

My husband, myself and our girls ate dinner here last night. We traveled from near Paducah KY to visit the Zoo. There are no Pasta House Restaurants near our home after our local one closed almost 10 years ago. We were so excited to eat at one and this location was closest to the zoo. The entire staff was so kind and friendly, they treated us as if we were family and came over and talked to us often and listened to our stories. We highly recommend this location!!

Took over an hour to get our food. Was told for the last 20 min that food was just about ready. Food came out finally and my wife’s lasagna was cold in the center. Sent it back and canceled.

Not a good experience. Toasted ravioli were just ok, served lukewarm with a tomato sauce with little flavor. Salads were the best, received very cold. Couldn't tell if they were freshly tossed or made hours earlier waiting for someone to order one. Shortly, right after we received our salad, the pasta came out. No time to enjoy the salad especially if the hot pasta was just placed in front of us. Sloppy presentation of the pasta as the sauce was splashing over the rim of the plate. Not one time did anyone check on us. My pasta tasted like shrimp however the dish I ordered did not have shrimp as an ingredient. The sauce was so boring and with overcooked noodles, I could not eat it. The penne portobello is nothing but noodles and bland mushrooms. Absolutely no sauce of any kind. Not worth the money we were charged. So disappointed it wasn't worth taking any leftovers home. This visit was a total waste of money and time.

I had a delightful dining experience at The Pasta House. The pasta dishes were cooked to perfection, and the flavors were rich and authentic. The service was attentive and friendly, making us feel like family. The cozy atmosphere and inviting decor added to the charm. If you're craving genuine Italian cuisine, look no further. 5 stars and can't wait to return.
