Terrible service by the waitress on two occasions and the food is extremely pricey for Average seafood at best.
Loved the food. Homemade chips were great!
Had a 3-hour layover at St. Louis Lambert Intl Airport and stopped at Peacemaker restaurant for dinner. Overall, it gets 3-star. Here's why. The buffalo wings & fish sandwich came highly recommended, so I chose the fish since I prefer BBQ wings, and they only had buffalo. Well, if you are fond of flounders, then you would love the lightly breaded crip fried fish sandwich with a side of golden fresh French fries. Yummy. Unfortunately, I prefer trout or codfish, so I didn't like that soft, mushy texture of the flounder fish. However, the crunchy flavorful bread crust of the fish was good & the buns it was served on were very soft. Others patrons in the restaurant loved it so its good just not what i like. I had forgotten to take a picture of my half eaten sandwich, which they discounted as a courtesy. Thank you. Now, I must give shout out to my waiter Ricardo as he was amazing and on point with his excellent customer service & calm demeanor. To be honest, he was the ONLY ONE WORKING.... serving 6 tables in 30 minutes by himself. I saw the mgr, bartender & 1 other staff member just have very loud conversation about personal life & going out later while Ricardo handled the customers like a Boss... He should be promoted. In fact the staff was so loud, I had to ask one of them to please š bring it down a notch..hurting your ears loud. There was a drunk customer at the bar that was disturbing cursing on his phone & was even louder than the crew but they never asked him to leave. 1 hour later, poor Ricardo had to go ask the guy to settle down. The mgr was nowhere to be found. Not cool leaving all the work on 1 guy.
On the other hand, outside of the noise, the restaurant was clean & becos of Ricardo 5-star service. Will I stop there again.. NOPE TO LOUD.
Genuinely one of the better fish sandwiches Iāve ever had, definitely the best Iāve ever had in an airport. Ricardo was a gem, just a super nice dude and very helpful. STL finally has at least one good food option.
I had a breakfast burrito and barely noticed any bacon after paying the $4 upcharge on the already $22 meatless breakfast burrito. Service was nice simple and fast, however. $35 OTD for baconless bacon breakfast burrito and a simply orange juice, so 2/10 on value.
Great beer, great food, great people. 4Hands is local and has the best IPAs, but you can't go wrong with any beer choice. Peacemaker has some good poorboy sandwiches, including a brisket option.
I had one drink, an Eespresso martini and it was $28.01. I expect airport prices to be higher, but I thought this was ridiculous. I come through here occasionally, but definitely will not come again.
I walked this entire strip of the airport looking for a soup. Found the chowder here hit the spot. It was piping hot and flavorful. I also ordered hush puppies that were better than the chowder. Chowder $9, hush puppies $11, and sprite $6. $27 for this meal was a little much but expected at the airport. Next time I would just drink water.
Larry is absolutely amazing. Very attentive and pro-active. He really went above and beyond this morning. The French toast is really good as well. 10/10 recommend.
Great location! Convenient to our boarding gate! Delicious shrimp! Friendly and fast service with a great smile. Thank you Jennifer!!!
Restaurantji Recommends
They donāt post their hours and the lady said they closed at 8pm which is surprising for a Monday night
The ham and cheese omelette was surprisingly good. Prices were high as usual for airport food. Service was surprisingly poor.
Highly recommend 4 Hands Brewing/Peacemaker Lobster Crab location at Lambert St Louis airport! Good tasting beers as well as food (Flounder Sandwich was superb! )
Ricardo was tending bar and got the visit off to a great start. Also offered expert recommendations on brew and food. Will return.
This place is, dare I say, just as good as their brick and mortar in St. Louis. Blows all other airport food options (especially at lambert) out of the water.
Donāt expect stellar service (itās an airport) but food is top tier. Ordering a lobster or crab roll at the airport is crazy work so I canāt comment on that but the other sandwiches and food have been great. Smoked chicken salad roll and fish sandwich were bangers
I walked the entire length of this terminal trying to find the best place to eat on my 3 hour layover. Since I was already heading to Boston, figured this made sense to get the trip started.
Itās a nice bar and grill sort of restaurant with open seating at tables or the bar. I chose the bar. Unfortunately, Don R was my bartender/server and had one of the worst attitudes Iāve seen in a long time. I used please and thank you in each exchange and he just grunted. He acted (towards every customer that I watched for an hour) like everyone owed him. If the owner of this restaurant witnessed his treatment of customer, there would surely be changes.
Now letās get to the food. It was AMAZING! The clam chowder came out quickly and was steaming hot. The flavors were spot on and plenty of chunks of clam in there. I loved it! Then the hush puppies came, likewise piping hot. They were equally scrumptious! Nice and crispy and perfect texture inside. OMG they tasted so good!
This place should get a five star review but customer service is important.
