Wow, I was seriously impressed with the lobster roll at Peacemaker Lobster & Crab—especially for an airport spot! I was in and out in under 25 minutes, and every bite was worth it. The lobster was fresh, tender, and full of flavor, and the roll was perfectly toasted—crispy on the outside, soft and buttery inside. Big shout out to my server, Kaitlyn, who recommended I get it Connecticut-style (served warm). She was absolutely right—pure perfection.
It’s an open seating bar / restaurant in an airport terminal, TV’s competing with PA’s from the gates. All that aside, the fish sandwich was very tasty,,, meat tender and juicy, crust with excellent seasoning. Although I had asked for no pickles or lettuce, all that was on there… minor negative; along with server while friendly, a bit slow to attend to tables. She did good, just tad understaffed. Would recommend, and stop here again if flying Southwest via the Terminal...
I walked from end to end in terminal E until I found this place. I had a wonderful and attentive server, and my shrimp “poor boy” was delicious! Good Pilsner from their brewery as well. Best spot in the terminal.
