I should've read the reviews before going here. Customer service is a joke. Never again...

Whole place is gross...even the outside...staff are children.....no ice...had a warm lemonade in a cheap cup that busted open.

Has to be the most unsanitary location I’ve visited cooked food touching uncooked food on the grill, floor slippery just a complete wreck

Supposed to stay open until 10pm on Saturdays. Teenagers already shutting down at 935 signaling for me not to come inside because they decided to close.

The sign says open till 10pm but I was told they are already cleaning and shutting down at 8:15

Unfortunately this is another example of lack of leadership and responsibility in the work place. The staff is young, and inexperienced when it comes to customer service and directions. The bathrooms are digusting and the lobby does not look like it has been cleaned. Corporate needs to find good management for this location.

I found a piece of hair cooked into my onions. The staff was rude since they hired these kids with no adult supervision this place has become a joke . I had an allergic reaction to mushrooms and I didn’t order them at all . I will be reaching out to the district to see what can be done . The store wasn’t apologetic about what happened.. They didn’t make the right choices and lacked empathy.

It was a decent sandwich but def light on the meat. 20 bucks for a regular size sandwich combo seems a tad much for what you get.

Not good quality food.

I pulled up there at 9:02 and was told that they were closed and the two people inside just kept looking at me to make sure that I was leaving. Got to another location not to far around 9:12 and was able to get my food. Safe to say the two at the other location just didn’t want to work.

Do not go here unless you have 30 or 40 minutes to wait for a sandwich. And they don’t communicate how long it’s going to be even when you ask twice I think the dude’s in there were high.
