Penn Station East Coast Subs

I found a piece of hair cooked into my onions. The staff was rude since they hired these kids with no adult supervision this place has become a joke . I had an allergic reaction to mushrooms and I didn’t order them at all . I will be reaching out to the district to see what can be done . The store wasn’t apologetic about what happened.. They didn’t make the right choices and lacked empathy.

It was a decent sandwich but def light on the meat. 20 bucks for a regular size sandwich combo seems a tad much for what you get.

Not good quality food.

I pulled up there at 9:02 and was told that they were closed and the two people inside just kept looking at me to make sure that I was leaving. Got to another location not to far around 9:12 and was able to get my food. Safe to say the two at the other location just didn’t want to work.

Do not go here unless you have 30 or 40 minutes to wait for a sandwich. And they don’t communicate how long it’s going to be even when you ask twice I think the dude’s in there were high.

Jordan's manager didn't have enough change for $30. Like, really?... 🤯🤯😵‍💫😵‍💫.. My bill was $21.41, and I gave him 30. He told me to go back to get the right change. I'm totally blessed that I did have exact change because I would have driven off. However, next time, I won't be coming here again. Also, my order was missing large lemonade & and cookie, plus it was for here. It looks like he didn't read if it was for here or to go. Fluff!!!!😑😳 In addition to that, I was too furious & I had to walk out before the manager reputation went in the toilet.

Place could be a lot cleaner but food is great. Hot sandwiches, fries, and cookies are top notch.

Food was good. Fries were a little dry, sandwiches were fresh and tasty. Restaurant was clean and bright. Staff were friendly and helpful and the best part of the visit.

Stopped by today to get myself dinner, and the place got packed really fast. Behind the cash register was an individual with blonde hair and a beard, and he had the kindest spirit I’ve seen in retail. The entire team was providing excellent service, and you could tell that they all cared. I don’t usually go to Penn Station, but I’ll be returning soon.
