The big black man that was working today was ignorant. Theres a female manager that was amazing That is to work the black boy girl she was amazing now come here is a disaster they should’ve kept that young ladyboy the store was amazing with a good work like that this store is bad now. The other employee was rude as well. For such a great location the service staff was rude. Just poor behavior.

We were there over 1 hour. The first sandwiches came up 1/2 hour after we were there. They were cold. They made a second set. They were ok. Fries were cold. Not a good visit.

Tried to call an order in to pick up while I was driving, I was told I had to order on line. We'll I can't order on line while driving so I just thought I would order when I got there. When I got there the man behind the counter told me he couldn't take my order I would have to order on line. There were 2 customers waiting for an order , when I looked at them they just shook their heads in disbelief. I left and went McCalisters next door and had a great meal and they were very friendly and helpful. I will never go back to this Penn station and may not frequent any Penn station in the future.

You need to complain. I live at Olive and Ladue, not far away and Doordash sends me way out of my way to Manchester/Ballwin and now way out in Chesterfield Commons? It's not fair, your place is the best of them all!

Ordered two sandwiches through the website that were made incorrectly despite having a literal label on them stating what goes in the sandwich. When I called the restaurant to figure out a fix (a refund since I wasn’t going to drive 40 minutes round trip for them to remake two sandwiches) they told me I would have to come back to the restaurant since I ordered through DoorDash (I ordered through the Penn station website). Admittedly I got frustrated by that response even thought I told them I ordered through the website , then they tried to say they weren’t going to tolerate any disrespect and hung up before letting me answer. Then I called again and the lady working the phone was rude and then hung up again. They were not busy there was one person other than me in the store and they weren’t working on anything else. Waste of $30 for two sandwiches that were made wrong and didn’t even include the extra meat I paid for. Terrible customer service and order made wrong.

Penn Station has always been a favorite take out option, however yesterday I received the absolute best service from Rihanna. She was friendly, thorough and accommodating. She smiled and offered a kind word and immediately made me feel valued. Although the cheesesteaks are amazing, the service I received far outshined my meal. Thanks for an all around great experience.

Generally, I enjoy my dining experience at Penn Station. However, our most recent visit was disappointing. Among the issues was a broken entry door, which could not be closed. We dined in freezing conditions. Also, the restaurant did not have utensils, and I ordered a salad. Thankfully, we had utensils in our vehicle. The food order was wrong, as well.

Spent $15 here which was a waste. Ordered Philly cheesesteak, fries and lemonade. Once got there they had no lemonade nor ice to get another drink. Then i take my food home and notice the fries arent fully cooked so those weren’t worth eating.
Will never return again to this location, theres no excuse for why a business isnt ready for the day nor has the food cooked properly.
