Horrific service. The guy with buzz cut and tattoo wasn’t friendly. Purple haired lady was a bit nicer but still unimpressed

The employees were really friendly. Sandwiches were tasty and fresh. I liked the fries. The lemonade was recommended to me by my boyfriend and it was as good as I hoped it would be. 🍋 I wish they had one of these where I live!

I come 30 minutes before 10pm and they got there doors locked and they just stared at me like I was crazy but on the door it says Monday- Saturday 10:30am - 10pm kind of crazy

We stopped in today for lunch and it was perfection! Fries were crisp, club and pizza sandwiches were really good too, and can't go wrong with a chocolate chip cookies. Employees were friendly and acknowledged us when we came in and left. Thanks for a great lunch!

I wanted to take the time to recognize the manager at Sunset Hills location. He was wonderful and patient in taking an order for a platter and it was great! He was busy but still took the time and ensured all was just perfect. Thanks and I hope he is recognized for his great customer service!

Horrible experience. New guy took my order. The other 2 employees just watched the poor kid struggling the whole time. Took forever. Did they drop fries for him. Nope. Did they dress the sandwiches. Nope. Did they even hand people cups. Nope. Took 22 minutes to get a sandwich. This is the one in Sunset hills. Stay away from this place unless you have plenty of time to be annoyed!

The employee automatically assumed a person who was Indian, was doing DoorDash. Racism within Penn Station.

My wife and I came here at least once a week during her pregnancy. I have always been a long time fan for Penn Station and love the great smells of Phillys and chicken teriyaki getting cooked up! This location has always treated me right and the food hits tge spot every time!

Never ever go to this penn station. I waited an hour for mid sandwich’s. The only thing there was other friendly people trapped waiting for food. The manager offered but never gave me a refund. Someone eventually made my sandwich after 68mins and at least 5 times of me asking for it. Do not recommend
