Penn Station East Coast Subs

We stopped in today for lunch and it was perfection! Fries were crisp, club and pizza sandwiches were really good too, and can't go wrong with a chocolate chip cookies. Employees were friendly and acknowledged us when we came in and left. Thanks for a great lunch!

I wanted to take the time to recognize the manager at Sunset Hills location. He was wonderful and patient in taking an order for a platter and it was great! He was busy but still took the time and ensured all was just perfect. Thanks and I hope he is recognized for his great customer service!

Horrible experience. New guy took my order. The other 2 employees just watched the poor kid struggling the whole time. Took forever. Did they drop fries for him. Nope. Did they dress the sandwiches. Nope. Did they even hand people cups. Nope. Took 22 minutes to get a sandwich. This is the one in Sunset hills. Stay away from this place unless you have plenty of time to be annoyed!

The employee automatically assumed a person who was Indian, was doing DoorDash. Racism within Penn Station.

My wife and I came here at least once a week during her pregnancy. I have always been a long time fan for Penn Station and love the great smells of Phillys and chicken teriyaki getting cooked up! This location has always treated me right and the food hits tge spot every time!

Never ever go to this penn station. I waited an hour for mid sandwich’s. The only thing there was other friendly people trapped waiting for food. The manager offered but never gave me a refund. Someone eventually made my sandwich after 68mins and at least 5 times of me asking for it. Do not recommend

I visited this location last Monday (02/03) and attempted to submit an email through the website on 02/04. I haven’t received any response, and the online contact system seems useless. I wouldn’t recommend eating here. The customer service is terrible, and no one even greets you when you walk in.

My sandwich made me sick, and the attitude of the male employee who prepared it was awful. I’m not sure of his name, but I wish I had gotten it. He was working the evening shift alongside the blue-haired girl. Honestly, I wouldn’t be surprised if he tampered with my food.

I will definitely not be returning to this location, and I may not visit any locations at all since my concerns are being completely ignored.

I went in there on 1/15/25 at about 1:50p. There only seemed to be one employee and no customers. From the start, the employee looked at me like he wanted to fight me. When he gave me my food, he stared me down like he wanted to fight as well. I was nothing but polite. I regret now not asking him about it. I've never had an issue at this store before. I hope the guy was alright mentally because I do not recall seeing this guy in my life for him to be mad at me.

For reference, I never write reviews. That is how unfortunatable or concerned I was that he was about to blow his top.

So I figured out the young man's name it is John . He was extremely rude and very impatient with me. Also, he had a look of disgust as I said my order. I'm not sure why this store is keeping John around when there are so many complaints raised about him. Was planning on dining in,but asked for it to go instead. I've never experienced such blatant disrespect. Do better Penn Station and stop asking us to write a survey. Get rid of John!
