Not the company or customer is willing to take the time to help a guest on a simple issue. I placed and order and canceled it before it went through and never got my money back Even corporate web is garbage and did not respond . I will never take my business there again

Placed an online order, when i went to pick up the order they didn’t tell me they didn’t make one of my sandwiches, REFUSED to answer their phone when i called, then had the audacity to complain about me calling when i was the one who drove the 15 minutes BACK to the store to be told THEN that “we couldn’t make your sandwich because we ran out”, so instead of telling me when i originally picked up the order or just answering their store phone i drove the 15 minutes to the store to be told we don’t do the refunds either. What a joke. I don’t recommend this location if you actually want your order made correctly.

Ordered chicken parm sandwich with extra chicken. Received my order and almost no chicken on it. Half the sandwich was basically cheese bread. They forgot to put pizza sauce on the sandwich as well.....

Paid $30 for basically a cheese bread sandwich with some vegetables. First and last time ordering from there. Disappointing.

This place has literally the worst customer service and attitudes than any place in a 10 mile radius. The food is good, but thr manager and employees are literally the worst and most unwelcome place I’ve ever been too. I’d come by more often, but their terrible attitudes and service make me not want to. I’m sure their sales are not great, please learn some customer service.

Customer service was AWFUL. The guy was on his phone the ENTIRE time I was ordering and gave me a look like “I want to go home and I want you to leave”. I stayed polite but it still pissed me off that they allow him to work there and represent Penn Station like that.

It took them five minutes to even acknowledge my existence at the counter. After taking my order it took another 25 minutes to get my food. They served two customers who came in almost 10 minutes after I did for me. By the time I got my food my entire lunch was over so I essentially was forced to throw away $30 worth of food all because they couldn't get their stuff together. If you're short-handed why bother opening up in the first place?

Tried to go here for lunch today. Store had a sign on the door saying it was closed for routine maintenance. What kind of restaurant closes for routine maintenance at 12:30 on a Wednesday?

Fries didn't taste fresh. Half of them were burnt but cold. So that stunk

By far the cleanest Penn Station I’ve ever been to. Great food and service.

Parking: Parking lot shared with other businesses. Might be a little tough to find a close spot during busy hours.

I’d give a negative 10 if I could. I did an online order and asked for sauce. The gentleman behind the counter needs to not be working here if he hates his job so much. He began saying profanities under his breath when the young lady who was working with him asked him to provide me with extra sauce. I felt bad for her that she has to work with someone so hostile. Then to boot I get home and I am met with a sandwich where the bread was not cooked and doughy. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS LOCATION!

Parking: Be careful with parking when the Starbucks drive thru line is backed up. You won’t be able to get out.
